Nara’s popular yakiniku joint first overseas outpost at Gough Street. Also run by the same group that operates the wagyu Kappo specialist Nikutoieba Matsuda, it features cuts of premium beef and various types of meat at reasonable price points. What’s differentiate it from its many other competitors though is that it offers free meat to diners who can do a certain number of consecutive pull-ups inside the restaurant!! Insane vibe with diners cheering on the challengers during the meal!!Yuzu and lime liquor sour to start.Next we ordered their house made banchan that servers highly recommended to us to try including Chinese cabbage and regular cabbage kimchi. Very fresh and well seasoned. Server said they will soon be offering them in jars for patrons to buy home.We then ordered their Wagyu Special Grade Harami Steak, Wagyu Tongue with diced spring onion and scallions and the Wagyu Lean Meat Block, which were all incredibly flavourful and tender with the right amount of seasoning.Overall a delightful yakiniku joint with high CP value and great vibes that one should not miss! 繼續閱讀

又係揾食嘅時候啦!今次去左中環拍拖食燒肉。呢間新開小店坐位唔多,但係有空間感又舒適。黑毛和牛韓式他他 賣相真係100分,肉質鮮美,切工精緻,口感層次豐富。每一口都能感受到肉的鮮甜與醬料的絕妙平衡。日本產雞皮柚子醋,柚子嘅清香帶起雞肉鮮味,仲減少左雞皮油感,2者非常之夾。和牛舌盛合三款牛舌集合,一次過可試晒3款口味。黑毛和牛特上級里肌肉,肉質鮮嫩多汁,入口即化,令人垂涎欲滴。黑毛和牛菲力肉質細膩,油花分佈均勻,口感滑順無比,肉香濃郁。黑毛和牛上級小排肉,肉質鮮嫩且富有彈性,帶有獨特的香氣。每一口都能感受到肉汁的豐富。韓式烤豬五花肉,外酥內嫩,肥瘦相間,香氣撲鼻。搭配醬料,配菜,令人回味無窮。 繼續閱讀

在中環這塊鬧中取靜的歌賦街看到這家燒肉店,看到墻上的日本和牛蛋糕奢華誘人,於是進來嘗嘗。果然沒有選錯,這裡的和牛每天新鮮直送,肉質真是頂級,店員還貼心地幫忙燒,完全可以解放雙手,就只是輕鬆地吃!和牛100%漢堡使用高品質的和牛作成的漢堡兩大塊,咬下去瞬間釋放出豐富的肉汁,伴隨著微微的焦香,搭配雞蛋吃更是讓人驚豔!名物和牛混合燒,多種口感交织,口感層次更加豐富!上級里肌肉,細膩肉質,入口即化黒毛和牛菲力,切片精緻,鮮美多汁黑毛和牛牛肋排肉,肉質鬆軟多汁,真是享受毛和牛上級小排,口感豐富,燒烤的焦香與肉汁完美融合和牛横隔膜,獨特的口感,鮮美滋味,讓人回味無窮和牛牛舌拉麵湯色艷麗且鮮美,味道醇厚而不油膩。彈牙的拉麵,牛舌,燉煮至完美的柔嫩,入口就能吃到肉質的細膩與彈性! 繼續閱讀

超幸福的和牛定食,星期三個日同班朋友經過中環歌賦街見到有間專食和牛燒肉,Lunch set 都唔錯,價錢都合理,我就叫左個和牛小排肉定食﹑和牛菲力定食同烤豬五花肉定食,環境都ok,有 前菜 - 芽菜&泡菜,仲有碗日式牛骨湯,但重點就係D和牛肉,和牛放入口充滿油脂,肉味又濃,肉質嫩滑。真係食完一塊再一塊。最後忍唔住叫多左塊和牛菲力,肉質真係好嫩滑。烤豬五花肉都好食,油脂都ok , 肉質都ok , 不過我都係鍾意食菲力,定食食完真係好飽,性價比超高。 繼續閱讀

Very impressed! A Japanese chain that has branched out to Hong Kong. Beef tongue was thick and juicy, well seasoned. The atmosphere is great: If you take the pull-up challenge, you can win free beef! The karubi was also very nice, and there was a large selection of organs (intestines, liver, heart etc.). Drinks are nice too, and the service is stellar, the manager frequently helped us with the cooking and recommendations (for which ones to cook first, how long to cook etc.). I will come back. 繼續閱讀
