全心全意身水身汗走到山林道鋸扒兼玩寵物,竟然 Roofy Bar 已經摺埋執笠,難怪打足成星期都打唔通電話訂位,真係非常可惜呢。剛剛打算轉場落大埔或旺角,路經街頭砂煲望望餐牌,菜色都幾吸引,見大把座位唔洗等,無心插柳就食砂煲啦。門口幾張卡位最舒服,當然即刻佔據,開揚有街景,不會有食客去洗手間出出入入,食得自在。寬敞的檯面不愁沒位置放食物,見到都開心。樣樣都想食,款款都想試,叫我如何是好?相約很久的短聚,終於見面咯。第 1 站砂煲,久保田、菊正宗。第 2 站路邊吧,dry martini、gendifed 21 yrs。第 3 站諾士佛臺,好似飲 gunnies。斷片中了,您又比咩我飲呀?好很醉喎。李白特別本釀,不喜歡的味道,泛著類似蜂皇精味,微甜輕酒一般。夠鐘飲藥水,調理身體。久保田一千壽,合眼緣亂點試試。輕輕的甜,質感平凡,試一次便夠。菊正宗,大牌子的確香,清爽酒味,口感有點瘦。香辣大豆芽,微辣而辣粉清色感受得到,見到亦食到,幸好爽爽的而有足夠水份。何解我常常那麼眼利,千里送條毛!挑走繼續食,頭髮還免強可接受。螢光魷魚漬,柑吉粉?多了份不喜歡的甘澀味道,有點畫蛇添足之感。本身的咸鮮爽脆爆汁已經滋味無窮。螢光魷魚,走柑吉粉唔該。鮟糠魚肝,軟綿濕潤,肝味極濃超級甘甜,真的要放慢節奏細味。活赤貝刺身,兩隻都只係百多蚊,勁抵食梗係即刻要啦!即開即上檯,看得見的新鮮生猛立立令,奪目耀眼亮麗橙色。珍而重之溫柔地送到甜尖上,慢慢嘴嚼細味。黏滑微爽,醇厚香甜到升仙,大愛。汁燒牛舌,不到兩分鐘很快便送到,明顯預早燒定。香口腍腍牛舌,醬油味濃厚不嗆,沒脷胎沒牛羶,烹調恰當。松阪牛刺身,生洋蔥絲甜甜的,沒有半點辛辣味,是否浸過糖水呢?薄薄牛肉片捲著白洋蔥絲在果醋上輕輕一拖便掉到口裡去。鬆軟腍滑,微弱的牛味。淡粉紅色無比吸引,油花豐富比霜降還要利害。牛脂遇熱即溶,乳香甘甜潤澤跟果醋合體提味萬倍,合格的喎。調味三寶,原來要另收 $20 蚊醬油費的。雷式混醬,馳名中外的秘汁。本要四種材料,三種都好啦。指天椒、蔥花、蒜蓉,香辣咸鮮可配任何食材,百搭萬能。沒有辣椒豉油伴火鍋,不如不打邊爐咯。大蜆蟹鍋辛辣湯,辣湯蟹煲勁多芫茜,幸好免強還頂得住。微辣水汪汪,沒有什麼香料配菜,使得單調淡茂茂。幻想同現實中的蟹煲差距勁遠,跟餐牌中照片有天淵之別,雖然照片只供參考,但實在太離譜啊!已嘗試掉入大量食材餚湯,似乎都未能讓湯底起死回生。幾隻大蜆幾隻北寄貝,烚到開口便要立即先行拿起處理,否則越烚越乾,過熟鞋烚烚。時間拿捏恰當,兩款皆肥美鮮甜爆汁彈彈,絕對拍掌無投訴。蟹子墨魚丸,平傭沒特別,嚥嚥韌韌不覺爽彈,微弱的墨魚味道。松阪牛肉,與和牛相比牛甜味不弱,淡淡然甜甜的,先滑後嫩再彈,比預期要好,質素之選。芝麻雞,原來真係有芝麻,不是到街市買的芝麻雞,會否太大碟麻?彷似半隻雞都有。麻油味滲得透徹突出,醃味略濁,沒怎麼的雞甜味。大大舊滑嘟嘟,彈彈過過口癮。野菜盆,番茄粟米金菇鮮甜,鮮冬菇雞髀菇爽滑清香脫俗,唐生菜娃娃菜嫩嫩多水散發菜甜味。全部鮮嫩天然菜蔬甜味,有爽有脆亦有彈,索汁一流。稻庭烏冬,其實不用烚定給我呢,放湯不是乾炒,原舊入雪硬掘掘已可以。雜菜松阪牛稻庭烏冬,湯底保持淡茂茂,幸好還有雷式混醬提味,有蒜蓉辣椒豉油香辣惹味。烏冬略腍了一點點,烚兩次的禍。飲到尾聲已開始輕微斷片,食咩都唔記得咯。魴鮄魚刺身,必食原條魴鮄魚,不常常有供應,有緣就食得到!肥美清甜到世界盡頭!晶瑩透亮的魚肉,油潤魚脂閃令令,越紅越美妙,越紅越香甜!充滿彈性,嬌嫩肉質。原條骨掉去餚湯較安全方便,斬件烚完散開骨碎多,好危險啊!牡丹蝦刺身,普通質素細細隻,夠爽不夠肥,有點瘦削,色香味較似赤蝦多過牡丹蝦。加拿大海膽刺身半板,跟飯同時跟紫菜真的好少可,讓我有機會自創壽司或軍艦嗎?巨形重手有質感又如何呢?腥到無朋友,嚇死朕!用紫菜完全不能掩飾,撈大大啖飯會比較舒服。法國生蠔,鮮檸已非常足夠,意想不到的醇香蠔甜味,爽滑的質地,清淡海水味不咸,沒有半點金屬餘暉。辣花螺,馬虎的辣醬洋蔥大蒜湯底,好似我閒在家時煮的辣椒醬蠔油湯。花螺鞋韌,細細粒無鮮味無生氣,罐頭來的嗎?精選海鮮盆,貴妃蚌,還是您最好!爽爽充滿海水咸鮮,蚌肉鮮甜非凡,使得我有添食的慾望。帆立貝,帶子仔馬馬虎虎,輕輕帶子甜。珍珠蜆肥美嚥韌爆汁,海蝦穩陣爽甜噴汁有蝦膏。鱈場蟹腳肉有著難以遮蓋的微弱腥味,這情況少之又少。手切肥牛肉中,嫩紅極新鮮,網油平均靚靚。牛肉甜味濃濃,脂甘味清新,嫩彈富嚼勁,食得過!始終覺得手切本地牛最最最好食,無可取代。北海道鱈場蟹腳鍋鱲魚湯,其實正宗日本涮涮鍋是否都走清淡路線呢?希望食到海鮮肉類原材料的真味嗎?全晚繼魴鮄魚後又一傑作,雜菜牛肉雞蛋海鮮粥!嬸嬸們不作任何提示或介紹,端上生雞蛋及白飯,我估沒幾個食客會知道用來煮粥的呢!活肉蟹是靈魂是精髓,不能缺少的食材,粥底完全是鮮蟹味道,食不到其他海鮮或菜或肉味。飯粒完整黏黏豐滿,還有蛋花的香甜,好味到全部清掉,碗底都舔埋咯!活肉蟹,活劏新鮮,處理需時請耐心等候。洗得乾乾淨淨一泥不染。青蟹肉激甜沒有泥味,結實彈彈,蟹味霸道野蠻,無械可擊。燒雞翼,皮脆肉嫩,金黃焦香,雞味薄弱,鹽燒落味單調太咸。燒雞軟骨,雞軟骨燒得百份百透徹,彷如燒雞皮一樣,師傅功力十足,毫不油膩,只有香口微焦的外層及脆卜卜的軟骨。燒日本大蜆,有幾隻不夠新鮮發出異味,其他的都脹卜卜肥嘟嘟,彈彈韌韌,純天然咸鮮搭甜蜆味道。汁燒鮑魚仔,就算醬油味幾濃都逃不過我的皇帝脷,不新鮮感到腥腥的。香燒生蠔,少少酸估不到是什麼醬料,非常濃烈的蠔味,近似蠔豉的甘香,入口結實繼而滲出蠔汁。原個椰子雪糕,似可可豆的殼多過椰子殼,牛奶味比椰子味濃。

幫襯過幾次,今次令人好失望。食物既質素下降唔在講。劍魚腩竟然有筋。唔算好平既價錢但食物質素無好過放題。唯一好處係無乜人同侍應親切。但相信無乜人係因為食物質素。成正比既。總之對唔住我生日既朋友。以前個鍋食到最後加個蛋加個飯勁滿足架!而家無啦!

We've been there for lunch completely by chance thinking it would be an average Japanese restaurant as you can find anywhere in HK but it was a pleasant surprise. * First of all, it is to say that the staff is really nice and caring * We ordered 2 lunch sets and had a total of 205$ including the service charge. * I took a very complete set which included - a salad (the dressing was different from the one you usually get in other restaurants and taste nicely) - 2 tempura (really nice, not too oily and you can really feel the shrimp, good sauce too)- a platter of 10 sushi (nothing extraordinary, really classic but all the fish seemed to be fresh) - a small bowl of udon (though it was too salty in my opinion, the udon were very soft and I liked it) - a mochi (produced by Kowloon dairy), I guess the taste was taro. It was very welcome especially when it's so hot like these days. For this whole set, it was 110$ which is affordable for the quantity you get.
