是下午茶時段,兩位茶錢30元,小吃18元,加一,什麼也不點,也盛惠54元,不要緊,如果食物是美味可口。蝦餃: 黑白各一件,黑色吃不出加了什麼,和白色的有什麼特別,皮是不錯,沒蒸過火,饀沒令人有印象。燒賣: 也是兩件,也沒蒸過火,也沒特別處令人想再吃。羊肚菌牛肉球: 三大件,已是全餐飯最好吃了。XO 醬牛頸肉炒河: 168元一碟,是一小碟,河粉炒得很熱,紫洋葱、芽菜少,主角XO 醬和牛頸肉卻太相干,牛頸肉沒味。鳳尾蝦芋角: 是令我決定絕對不必再來,芋角的底部和碟底都浸滿油,不是對油深惡痛絕的我也入到口,努力用紙巾吸索,也無法整件吃完,最精采是店員和經理來來往往,冷眼看着兩件芋角底攤在碟上,他們的無動於衷,令我差點忘記那隻完全沒味的鳳尾蝦。結帳是387元。我祇想知道何以這裡午市總座無虛席。ps 15元一位的茶,是茶包,沒茶葉,也是另一種失望。

偶然經過呢間酒樓,見環境裝修都不錯,於是就試吓,被安排廚房門口位,其實當時成間酒樓只有兩枱客,我問有否其他位置,侍應話其他有客訂了,心諗咁多人訂位唔通好好食🤔 叫了茶 - 瑰荔堂煌,即玫瑰荔枝茶,比較少有,聞係幾香嘅,飲落不及聞嘅香,不過還可以。太極蝦餃 (3/5) 蝦幾爽,不過冇筍,調味稍稍咸咗啲啲,黑白皮味道上冇分別。燒賣皇 (4/5) 燒賣幾好食,多蝦、豬肉少量,勝在蝦爽脆。懷舊蟹肉灌湯餃 (3/5)整體味道較淡,都真係有蟹肉但唔多,感覺一般。甜梅菜叉燒腸粉 (1/5)腸粉皮夠薄,但梅菜唔香,叉燒偶然有一兩舊有豬肉腥味😖蘿蔔絲脆脆卷 (1/5)呢個點心係第一碟上枱,未食已經聞到油膉味,而且望上去偏油,廚房油炸功夫差,食落更是成日油同油膉味😖之前提到座位正正係廚房出入口,而左轉行經兩張枱就係廁所方向,果度附近一大陣嗅味,總括嚟講,我就唔會再去幫襯,以呢個價錢還有好多更好選擇。

為左企鵝而來。一睇茶list,已經感受到高質有要求。叫左白桃烏龍,真心香,有少許果香,飲茶氷受到誠意 蜂巢鳳尾蝦芋角(大點),食到一隻蝦,某角炸得孚乾身好薄脆,仲要有某粒係裡面,令口感有層次有某泥同芋粒,唔太咸。今日好想食炸𠳖,所以鳳尾蝦,再叫左個椒鹽尤魚鬚,呢個好有大排檔feel個炸皮都夠脆,唯一個尤魚無我想象咁彈爽脆,但呢個價值了。呢個甜梅菜一見到,就想試下,雖然佢唔係大點直頭$55,但配叉燒好特別,所以想試,都無失望,個腸粉皮夠薄,如向光望,應該都幾晶瑩剔透嘅,尹骨食到甜梅菜,配叉燒原來好夾,希望其他酒樓可仿效下啦!最後,都係為佢地而黎嘅甜品1.企鵝紅豆包同滑脟脟小白兔(杧果布甸)影片可拍到隻兔彈彈下,好可愛。但因為拍片無影相,大家自己去欣賞吧!呢個企鵝,一黎到,侍應會倒水入個低,因為有乾冰,會有白煙飛出黎,好似雪影咁,又係好拍片留念。愛拍片嘅美美,應該要去打個卡,哈。而且質素好好,個紅豆餡仲有陳皮味。埋單三百幾,貴,但值得一試。

長沙灣一間貴價嘅酒樓,中午12:00到,不用訂位, Walk in也可以。有傳統點心、亦有精緻卡通甜品。 但服務就一般,如果你不是熟客、 (因為熟客會比利是他們) 就西口西面。 完全明白點解walk in 都有位。 我估未必有下次再幫襯。以咁嘅價錢, 應該可以習慣服務態度好啲嘅地方。

I have been to this restaurant twice so far. Food is never disappointing and I’m especially impressed by its services. Both of my visits fell on the typical festive nights (pre-CNY and Mother’s Day) - staffs were very attentive and efficient. At one point I was just looking around and one of the staff proactively asked whether I need anything. Instead of having one staff dedicated for my table, they had demonstrated great teamwork and whoever was available will share the workload.One special thing to note is that they serve Chinese bun in different variations such as penguin, owl and dinosaur. This item is very well received not only by children, but also by all age groups across the table. The buns are well-balanced and especially with the penguin one, it came with 陳皮紅豆沙 fillings. It’s also very photogenic not only by its appearance, the staff also added 乾冰 for effect. We chatted with the manager and he said they will change the menu every few months with different animals. Can’t wait to try different variations next time!
