我是神廚館的粉絲。(不過大角咀離我家好遠,只能心裏時常掛念墨魚餅和美極牛扒)看到其他網友說神廚館Menu 變了簡直晴天霹靂!⋯⋯我怕墨魚餅也變色立即拉男朋友到大食代捧場,點了墨魚餅飯和墨魚柳包餐。(會不會推出墨樂雞?)幸好水準還是不錯的👍雖然我已分別不出這墨魚餅跟八九年前的有何分別,但它是彈牙和香口的。我很抗拒的西food 墨魚柳包更是有驚喜。墨魚柳是外層超黑,包裹了濃濃墨汁,包脆脆的,也是黑色的,應該是竹炭包。希望老闆讓神廚館其他碟頭飯重出江湖🙇🏻🙇🏻🙇🏻🙇🏻🙇🏻

已知大角咀有間墨魚餅飯好吸引.....一直也未有時間去試....近排得知銅鑼灣開了分店,心思思來試了!要了最出名既墨魚餅煎蛋飯,即叫即整.....超期待!太陽蛋加豉油,已可食晒成個飯了,仲有紫菜增加香味;如果太陽蛋係燶邊仲會更加好,更加香!而主角墨魚餅真的不錯,幾彈牙,內有不少墨魚粒,令口感更豐富,仲要係幾大塊添!題外話:我明白好多食店會要求店員帶手套,係想保持衛生問題!但由收錢.....到按電腦.....再到整食物......仲要拎生同熟既食物,連炸好既墨魚餅,也是用手就咁拎起放入盒....全程都是同一對手套,見到也反感!最後連外賣膠袋也是油油的.....真的不想掂......希望店主會改善一下!
