早前公司運輸公司,向我哋同事一人送咗一張美心嘅蘿蔔糕券俾我哋, 咁我喺4-2-2024(Sun)嚟呢間攞,到前日(11-2-2024 Sun)大年初二朝就攞嚟做早餐,我哋切咗半底,一半係蒸一半係煎。我先食蒸嗰啲,蒸嗰啲夾起就散,同味道都幾淡下, 我要點蠔油食;煎嗰啲呢,唔知係咪收咗啲水,所以味道都夠夠地。唔知係咪太耐冇食美心嘅蘿蔔糕,係退步咗定不嬲都係咁嘅水準?上次食評係2019年10月4日刊登嘅呢篇:https://www.openrice.com/zh/hongkong/review/%E7%82%BA%E7%94%A8%E5%8A%B5-e3559775

銀包有幾張美心西餅卷,唔想留咁耐,要快快用曬去好啲,始終除咗cash之外,唔想太多野留喺銀銀包 (唔知道咁樣算唔算斷捨離呢)。Hearty Butter Pastries (Maple Syrup Flavour) 楓糖味甜心酥,個樣睇起上嚟都算OK,但食落口嘅味道又係另一件事。個packing話「特香脆-雙重烘焗」但我覺得一啲都唔夠酥脆,咬落去就好似係牙力測試咁,經測試後好明顯我牙力唔太好啦; 話用咗楓糖,但我又覺得唔夠香甜,總係好似差少少,差少少咁。唔好食。

唔鍾意帶現金?唔鍾意切,又或者鍾意獨立包裝可以分幾日食?但過間限時優惠嘅雪芳蛋糕又真係食到悶,唔洗煩,隔離街都開始做啦!做日式燒餅。共兩款,紅豆最受歡迎,粒粒紅豆唔太甜,量夠多,每一口都食到;花生果醬,落得唔多,無嘜特別無影到,味道唔太夠,可能質地太結,怕落多更乾,有粒粒花生,唔想食太甜都有個選擇。雖然色澤唔夠,發酵差少少,但質地夠滑,夠大件,$12/3件絕對食得過。如果用支付寶,記得付款前掃QR Code ,$10減$3抵到無朋友!優惠到31/8。

Spotted the White Peony tea cake at Maxims so decided to try it.It looked quite nice with a layer of tea jelly, cream and cake.Overall, the cake was soft and light and not too sweet.I could taste red tea so it was definitely not White peony.Anyway, I hope they will have other tea flavoured cakes soon like Earl Grey.
