在眾拉麵強店林立的銅鑼灣能站得住腳, 一點也不容易。偏偏這間不用大排長龍的拉麵店卻靜靜地屹立著努力, 相信定有其可取之處。之前聽朋友談及這兒的湯頗咸。今次小人試了黑伝义燒拉麵, 並追加了荀和紫菜。麵未到, 店員先端上一杯凍茶, 解渴怡神, 更能清一清味蕾以享用跟著而來的食物, 很是細心。黑伝拉麵並非全碗都是黑漆漆的, 油份減了不少, 但仍保留到豚骨湯的味道, 咸淡適中, OK喎~~~硬麵稍微比預期中較腍; 幸而配料的木耳及芽菜增添爽口的感覺。肥瘦相間的义燒邊位燒得不錯。而荀和紫菜是分開上的, 可避免未吃已變腍了!感覺是一間還不錯的拉麵店, 可以一試!

自從豚王的出現,令拉麵市場重新走入正軌,不斷有名店引入,不同味道的湧現,的確令愛好者鼓舞。豚王進駐登龍街後,十分成功,並引來舞心的出現,無疑店內闊落及坐位舒服得多。今次不想再吃熱騰騰的搵麵,改了吃涼面,有著色彩繽紛的賣相,星形的秋葵、條狀的叉燒及紫菜、白色的山芋及溫泉蛋,麵條是曲形,加強了掛湯的能力,咬落又真的有嚼口及彈牙,在盛夏中吃一碗真涼快。

走進這店時人數不多,在晚飯時間只有一半入座率。餐牌有三種口味拉麵選擇,加上另一新品,凍拉麵,及一些小食。最後揀了濃豬骨湯拉麵,再試下新品凍拉麵及枝豆。凍拉麵配料十足,有蛋絲,蟹子,紫菜,甜蝦等將所有麵條都遮住,碗底有少少汁讓客人攪拌一起吃,味道0k,好適合夏天。枝豆跟平時的無大差別,送上枱時有微溫, 上面酒上一點點鹽.到主角拉麵,湯底的確濃,再配上些拉麵可中和了太咸太油的感覺.可惜的溫泉蛋中間不太流心,又無甚麼味道,跟普通蛋差別不大.叉燒普普通通, 食後印象不大.

銅鑼灣區真係有好多拉麵店。一蘭開咗之後相信對附近嘅店舖會有一定嘅影響。星期日下晝,連豚王都唔洗點排隊,位處對面嘅舞心就更加唔洗講。呢度亦係主打豬骨湯拉麵,分白(原味)、黑(濃味)、同赤(辣味)3種。每款拉麵都可揀選叉燒同蛋嘅份量,價錢由$68-$93;最少有一塊叉燒,到最多4塊叉燒加1隻溏心蛋。每碗另有少許蔥,芝麻同筍,其他配料如木耳或紫菜要另嗌。繼續支持辣,所以我order咗赤,由於menu冇寫辣度,問問店員,佢話可選大、中、小辣。咁我揀大辣啦,麵要普通硬度。湯,橙橙的,濃度一般,有點稠,但都夠豬骨味。其實香港人唔算食得好濃,太杰太濃嘅濃底反而會好滯。湯面有好多油,相信大辣係靠加較多嘅日式辣油。起初覺得唔錯,但食食吓有點咸。麵較幼,"普通硬度",但覺得都係淋咗少少。雖然麵條可索多啲湯,但唔係好有口感。叉燒肥瘦均勻,燒得好香。溏心蛋一般,質地軟身同帶點咸。枱面有幾款調味,所以亦試一試。拉麵胡椒好香,辣油只係普通港式辣油。呢度以木為主調,設計簡約。枱唔太逼,坐得舒服。整體嚟講拉麵中規中矩,價錢合理,都可考慮再幫襯。

At first we were going to try a different ramen shop, but because the line for that one was too long, this was the alternative ramen we had. Theres a choice of three ramen soups - I had the concentrated pork bone soup. The soup tasted right, not too salty or filled with MSG. However, I still didn't find it that special - loads of ramen places seem to be doing the same soup nowadays. It was a bit pricey, especially considering that the ramen only came with one pork slice. I got seaweed to go with it as well, which I recommend since it soaked up the soup really well and still tasted really strong. The complementary drink was really weird. It tasted like tea and coffee mixed together. As a person who don't like coffee, I was really sensitive to the taste.
