朋友說北角有間地道越南餐廳,上星期日午飯時間決定去試試。由於地點實在太隱蔽,在附近街道走來走去也找不著,終於好不容易才找到。店內燈光頗暗,當時只有一檯客人。食物未到,環顧四週,只見餐廳另一邊雜物亂放。試了朋友推介餐廳的招牌菜-漁村湯檬曉,份量足夠,湯底味鮮,除了蝦乾質感不太好,味道還是不錯。進食期間多來了兩檯客人。結帳時走到收銀處,感覺地面滑滑的。整體來說,食物味道不錯,餐廳衛生及服務一般。可取之處,不用排隊等候入座。

Went to cafe hue today for dinner expecting a good experience, however it was not. We ordered the minced pork and shrimp tomato noodle soup and spring rolls. When the lady brought out the spring rolls she dropped the lettuce and then she told the lady cook that it was dropped but the lady cook did not know what happened so we told her it fell on the floor. She brought it back in but her demeanor did not seem very nice. When they brought out a new plate of lettuce we did not dare eat it because it looked like it may just have been the same one that was washed.When the minced pork soup came out the pork was not fully cooked. Gave it back to them to cook it because raw pork can leave you very sick. Lady cook once again just looked like we were bothering her and didn’t even apologize or say anything. When she brought out the noodles again some of the noodles had absorbed some of the soup.Finally, worst of all when the bill came it was more than we expected. The soups we had order was $56hkd but they charged us $68 instead. This was a bit dishonest of them because when we ordered they said the soup was sold out and they would give us another one but didn’t mention the higher price. So we ate the food and was surprised why the price was higher than the menu price. Restaurant should be more honest and clear that they will replace your soup and that it costs more. Very dishonest!Based on tonight’s experience I don’t think I will return here. In the past the food and experience has been good but today they just lost me as a loyal customer. Don’t know if they changed owners Horrible!

之前食過幾次華順,通常叫lunch menu 粉麵+小食+熱飲 都只係$50。雖然啲姐姐招呼唔到咁多,坐低通常要等,但係啲野黎得啱,有時仲會同熟客搭兩句。 最近一次食係30號lunch,叫咗生牛河+蒸粉卷+熱啡 $50 生牛河濃湯、牛肉多、河粉份量足蒸粉卷好好食,我每次都叫 但今日(1月3日)再去,發現餐廳應該轉咗手,餐牌、餐具、廚師、樓面姐姐全部轉哂。生牛河一碗$56 ,湯淡咗淺色咗、得3片牛肉,但好多河粉,都叫食得飽。小食要另外叫,我就無加啦熱飲+$3 但無普通熱啡,要咖啡就只有滴滴咖啡+$10 (可能係+$15,我唔肯定) 價錢同質素嚟講,同附近其他越式餐廳差唔多。但係對比以前就差得遠... 希望其他舊客可以都留個食評,分享一下。

1) 星期一13:45 到食個late lunch。 當時人唔多得幾張枱。 最近幾個月換咗個新職員(師奶), 服務態度差。 我叫咗平時食開嘅”漁村湯曉矇”,但因為個肚唔係好舒服而平時佢嘅蕃茄都比較生硬,所以落單時講咗兩三次請廚房將啲蕃茄煮熟啲。由佢入機開始,我一直望住佢, 完全見唔到佢同廚房有任何溝通。 經過我張枱時,我問佢有冇同廚房講, 佢點頭話有 (我心諗,係真唔係。。。) 後來送碗嘢嚟嘅時候,我望個蕃茄, 佢立刻攞我雙筷子"tok"個番茄入啲湯裏面, 然後話”咁就得㗎喇”。我當時啞左咁。。。.佢接住:”如果煮熟佢,會好淋,一pat嘢咁”。我答佢:”我就係想講”。 佢回答:“唔會咁樣煮㗎”, 然後就走咗。 (最後我冇食過個蕃茄) 好嬲, 蕃茄我可以唔食, 但點解要講大話? 如果有問過廚房而廚房真係話唔想咁樣煮,我都會接受,但係佢完全冇幫我問過, 仲要tok我碗麵!2) 講埋前幾個星期去食晚飯, 食完後亦叫咗”漁村湯曉矇”外賣返去畀屋企人, 要搭去將軍澳。 我請佢將湯同麵分開(同一個職員),佢話廚房識得做㗎喇。(冇見到佢同廚房講)點知返到將軍澳,見到冇分開到,啲湯已經畀啲檬粉索曬。。。 乜嘢事呀???
