好少去黃大仙,不過陪啊媽黎搵晶品腸粉食就去竹園邨food court食下喇,個街市好乾淨,野食檔有好多間近過黎間見比佢既豆漿廣告吸引左,有綠豆,紅豆,朱古力味既豆漿好似幾得意咁,本身以為又係啲色素野喇 點知又五係 係好天然feel 杯綠豆豆腐真係有好多粒綠豆係入面,飲落去感覺好有豆香味,跟住又試左佢個芝士琵琶豆腐,超好味就係因為食完先download個app第一次比評分, 因為見到得3個like 實在係陰世美食店, 啲野食又乾淨,個4粒好大粒既芝士波係有拉絲係入面,五會係個啲得一粒豆咁多既芝士既丸, 仲要係即整即炸,炸出黎金黃色, 22蚊4粒食完都飽到肚加埋杯綠豆豆漿燒膩 , 真係好驚喜冇諗過街市入面會有咁多小食檔,仲有哩間民間豆製食品誠意小店 👍Like 下次黎試下個朱古力豆醬同其他少食先

Tofu is a popular and healthy ingredient.There are so many shops serving it such as Kung Woh which is on the traditional and greasy side.A few years ago Tofuism was very popular with a modern approach where they had shops everywhere but somehow they started to die down with one or two shops currently remaining.Trending now is Tofuage where they have two branches at Wong Tai Sin and Lam Tin.I went to both locations and prices are slightly different because I believe one has dine in and the is a takeaway so they have to adjust prices accordingly.I visited Lam Tin first and the golden tofu was cheaper, you get 7 pieces for HKD20 while at WTS it is $22 for 6 pieces.Same goes for the Tofu cheese balls which cost HKD20 at LT and HKD22 at WTS, but anyway it was rewarding to see everything freshly made.Ordered the Tofu Slush because it costs the same at both places.The original is basically silky tofu at the bottom topped with tofu slush.It was not too sweet and the tofu slush was fine and uniformly even in size and I loved the feeling when it melted in my mouth as you get the taste of tofu and sweetness.

The wet market near boyfriend's home had renovated and he took me here for a snack at this place called 豆腐時代 (English name: Tofuage). It was located in the cooked food section that they named Food Town.A takeaway stall with a small bench with a few chairs, they sold all sorts of tofu based snacks. Menu is in Chinese only. There is no English and no 10% service charge.Boyfriend ordered deep fried tofu cubes that was tossed in salt and pepper ($15). Made to order, these were super hot inside! The exterior was crunchy yet the tofu was still soft. Perfectly fried! They did toss a lot of salt and pepper. Boyfriend thought it was perfect. I felt it was a bit much.We also had a tofu smoothie ($12). I had never heard of this before! You can have original flavor or mix it with other flavors such as chocolate, matcha or even sweet potato! I wanted original so that is what we ordered. The drink was great. Icy tofu with bits of tofu pudding mixed throughout. There was a strong soybean taste. Cold and not too sweet. A great alternative to the regular soy milk.Love this place! I wish there was something like this near my home! I'd definitely be back whenever I go to boyfriend's area!

依間專賣豆製品嘅鋪頭,其實都要幾多豆腐以外嘅選擇。好似中式糖水例如綠豆沙,芝麻糊都有賣。咁凍嘅天氣我見好多人都買黎暖一暖身。不過既然佢個鋪名叫得豆腐,就試咗佢新出嘅芝士琵琶豆腐,芝士真係做到拉絲!豆腐鹹鹹地都幾好食。仲要只係$20就有四大粒!

得知竹園街市翻新,領展打造個竹園夜市!呢間豆腐時代名字已經響噹噹!適逢周日晚上時間竟然不用排隊就決定試下。店外仲設有一條長桌仔供客人堂食。豆腐時代專買豆類製品。專售各類嘅豆腐小食,仲有豆腐花及飲品豆腐沙冰。全部食品由10幾蚊至$20左右。款式選擇都幾多。今次就叫左一份魚肉煎豆腐,由於店員表示要即煎嘅關係,等待時間大概都有10分鐘。魚肉煎豆腐$12/4件每件豆腐都十分大塊,豆腐豆香都濃,用竹簽夾黎都唔會夾再爛晒,而且魚肉佔嘅比例剛剛好,加埋豆瓣醬惹味非常,十分抵食。
