Despite how long the queue was - I had to wait for 15 minutes during lunch hour, the quality of the food provided was top notch.
I chose the deep fried pork cutlet with rice, which came with a side of vegetables and cellophane / glass noodles. While I would not consider myself as a big eater, the portion that was provided, particularly the pork cutlet itself, was superb, compared to a bunch of other restaurants that served the
same, not to mention the portions of the side dishes and the rice itself.
However, given the size of the cutlet, I was surprised that it was still extremely thick, which did make eating it a bit difficult - but worth the price.
Other side dishes, such as the chicken skin dumplings, were also quite well made and were quite juicy as well.
In addition, I chose black sugar boba milk as my drink. While it did cost me an additional $12 dollars, the portion provided was once again larger
than expected, and the drink itself was not extremely sweet, allowing it to retain the unique aroma of the black sugar itself.
Overall, I would highly recommend this restaurant, given its dedication and commitment to offering good, tasty Taiwanese dishes, for a suitable, if
not cheap cost that is absolutely worth it.
