there many assorts traditional old hk snacks , the store is clean but full of packed snacks surrounding ,please help yourself of selections , i got the fried dough and almond cookies ,fried dough are nice , fresh , crunchy and tasty , not sticking to your teeth liked other brands that i have tried

同爸爸媽咪飲完茶路經陳意齋,依間香港老字號,有好多舊式零食,例如扎蹄,燕窩糕,薏米餅,芋蝦,牛肉乾,杏仁餅等。基本上我每次經過都會入去睇吓,次次都有幫襯😋今次同媽咪一齊買咗4條蝦子紮蹄,$22/條都可以接受,普通紮蹄$20/條,我記得以前兩樣都係一樣價錢,所以我次次都揀蝦子,感覺好似抵好多咁😂札蹄係浸軟嘅腐竹捲條狀,捲好後要用繩紮實,然後再蒸熟腐竹,蝦子札蹄就係喺腐竹之間再加入蝦子,腐皮好香唔會油淋淋,冇油益味,蝦子鹹鮮香味好出,兩者配搭好夾。雖然好多人鍾意切片食好似有儀式感啲,但我成條咬更加有口感,好滿足🤤評分:最高為5分治癒度:👩⚕️👩⚕️👩⚕️👩⚕️抵食度:💉💉💉💉💉翻兜指數:🩺🩺🩺🩺陳意齋中環皇后大道中176號地下B號舖📍上環港鐵站A2出口3分鐘路程#healingbobo #foodie #hkfoodie #foodiehk #香港 #美食 #上環 #SheungWan #老字號 #小食 #蝦子扎蹄 #扎蹄 #陳意齋

This ‘century old’ store is grossly overrated. Quality of their food is so so, prices are so so expensive. I am very prepared to pay for great things. Chan yee jai is far from what good food is. One thing that I have noticed repeatedly from their central store is their staff are extremely rude. Not just one of them, but sadly ALL. They make you think why are paying for degradation!I wouldn’t think it will be that hard to find a replacement for their food, but even better quality and value. Not to mention better customer service! I’ll rate this store as a no no no. Don’t bother!I don’t think they deserve any stars at all. Shame for Hong Kong traditional businesses!

幫襯源自報導推介,加上外地朋友將來港問我有咩手信可買,仲諗住得堂食奶茶菠蘿油旦撻同焗豬。真心有眼不識泰山,居然有間過去十年返工放工都過門不入既小食老字號。今日第一次食遊客推介既札蹄同燕窩糕,前者皮薄夠煙韌,蝦子好足唔搶味,腐皮好香冇油益除。燕窩糕外面糖粉幼滑,內層分明涵料甜度剛好,本身唔食甜品,仍可接受呢款口味。另外杏仁餅直頭遠勝澳門咀x園同巨x。。。。。一定要推介俾朋友,特別係港人添

店面低调却大有来头的怀旧零食店,不搜不知道,快有百年历史了,不少本地名人都光顾过,通关之后人气更是肉眼可见地高起来。·主打传统派凉果蜜饯肉干茶点……种类很丰富,想想繁复的工艺,价格我觉得完全能接受。包装质朴,但能靠味道取胜,食材品质和调味都能轻松吊打一众网红零食。后悔没早点来,买了一堆都很喜欢。·【鸭润牛肉干】有点特别的一款,造型黑不溜秋,有点像巧克力片,但吃着才觉厉害。两片牛肉中抹进细腻的鸭肝酱,咸香中点缀着内脏的点点腥香,极好的下酒零食。嚼劲太足了,甚至有点磨牙的程度。·【果汁牛肉球】口感紧致,比一般牛肉粒的润度更高,用豉油调味,回味悠长鲜美。幸好没买大包,因为一开袋根本停不下来。·【燕窝糕】保质期短,因此每天都是限量供应,毫不夸张要靠抢。质地柔润细腻,舌尖稍用力抿一抿就能微微化开的那种,甜度比薏米饼淡雅。·【薏米饼】口感更酥脆挺立,在口中化开甜蜜的香气。做成方方正正的薄块,每块都印上陈意斋的字样,是手工糕点才有的精致。·【虾子扎蹄】有素扎蹄和虾子扎蹄两个版本,强烈推荐虾子的,用料扎扎实实,虾子裹了一圈又一圈,真鲜!第一次吃扎蹄,口感也很神奇,腐皮紧致咸鲜,本以为弹韧程度跟面筋差不多,结果嚼劲多了不是一点半点。·【川贝杏仁露】我称之为川贝念慈庵的饮料版,杏仁香气还要更上一个层次。用热水很好冲开,配比自己决定,喝起来甜而不腻,极适合干燥天气的滋润暖饮。·【无糖杏仁霜】据说是南杏仁和北杏仁的拼配,甜味和苦味十分平衡。有含糖和无糖两个版本,冲出来有着不输糖水店杏仁露的丝滑质地,杏仁香浓郁而不冲鼻。但就是没有冲调说明,加多少水全凭感觉。
