This Japanese restaurant is located in North Point. You can easily get there by any kind of public transportation - MTR, tram, bus, minibus etc…. If you drive, there is a parking lot just nearby. It’s a cozy, family type of Restaurant serving Japanese cuisine. The restaurant there is perfect for private party or small gatherings. Master Yan, the chef of the restaurant is very creative and passionate in preparing his own menu. Many homemade sauces, ice-creams, dumplings etc… with different flavors using ingredients you will never think of. Unbelievable! Amazing dishes to pair with different seasons of great food eg.. Crabs 蟹宴. There are also Kaiseki 懷石料理, Tempura 天婦羅 special theme feast menu other than Omakase 廚師發辦. Master Yan also taught me some cooking techniques that I can use at home eg how to stew the pork more tenderer and the yummy chicken wings in one of my videos you can watch. Thank you for sharing… we always have surprise having meals there! One of a kind dishes you cannot find in other restaurants.
