i feel compelled to post a feedback after our dinner last night at Spring Deer: lets start by saying it was my first and it will be the last thereThe Peking duck skin was thick, oily, non crispy, the pancakes were very thick, pasty and it was sticking to the teeth and then the throat making it very difficult to swallow. the chili prawns coating was again pasty, not enough cooked, swimming in sirup and no chili in view. The Peking duck skin was thick, oily, non crispy, the pancakes were very thick, pasty and it was sticking to the teeth and then the throat making it very difficult to swallow. the chili prawns coating was again pasty, not enough cooked, swimming in sirup and no chili in view. The sweet and sour pork was so poor that we did not touch it. the dumpling skins is very thick too, pasty. Only the garlic veggies were fine. I must say after 30 years of having such food in HKG from the old Beijing sichuan restaurant on Lockhard, to the Peking Garden and even including the American Peking, i have never ate such a disgrace and disguise of food.
