The pizza here is good - not great. For the price point I can compare it to Motorino and for the taste and texture, Motorino wins. In fact I think the even cheaper pizzas at Ciao Chow was slightly better. I've had two pizzas here and in both the center we're a goopy sloppy watery mess. I still will excuse that if the flavor is good base is great - but it wasn't great just above average. Lunch: (1) tricolore (tomato, avocado, mozzarella) - this was tasty and refreshing; (2) kale caesar salad - this is exactly what you expect it to be; (3) ham/cheese board - meh; (4) salsiccia e porcini pizza - crust was too thin so it was a bit soggy...also did not appreciate that we were given scissors to cut the pizza. OVERALL - meh. SUGGEST - tricolore. How I rate: awesome > decent > meh > terrible.

Having spent some time in Italy this summer, I was craving pizza to fix my post holiday blue. When to a couple of good ones in Central but ended up disappointed. When I finally came to term that I shouldn't expect the same standard as we are not in Italy, I found Amalfiana.I only had the Italia pizza but it already sent me to food heaven. 佢個位置係以前既Lab made,而坐位就延伸到商場內，梳化果邊好似好舒服🙈望一望個menu 佢地食物種類唔太多就只係得pizza 同一d starters可能晚上9點多關係 有幾樣已經sold out 😂本來諗緊兩個女仔食兩個pizza 太誇張而pizza+salad又唔知夠唔夠但原來個salad 入面個汁係有混合埋d芝 所以都幾「漏」Barley salad本身係多d同靚d嫁食左發覺好正先影相，所以無相機食先🙈個汁好香芝士同香草味，入面仲有好多nuts 同車喱茄依個salad真係一百分呀！！應該會成日心思思想再吃食完個salad 後再期待多大概20分鐘Pizza 終於都到了不知名pizza有無留意係無切嫁好得意原來佢地文化係自己用交剪剪食飽之後出面行雷閃電得好厲害！由於係海灘 無建築物阻擋 見到成個天都怖滿雷電 勁震撼 D食客全部都好興奮😂😂 突然之間好熱鬧咁樣
