星期五Lunch Time喺太古坊搵食真係一個挑戰.間間餐廳都爆滿, 等位等到懷疑人生.今次就搵到呢間餐廳.餐前麵包有兩款暖笠笠嘅自家製麵包: 蕃茄麵包 & 果仁麵包兩款都好好食, 外脆內軟, 烘得啱啱好.特別係果仁麵包, 咬落有堅果香, 同埋好有口感.仲有黑松露醬配搭, 好食到連我呢個唔愛醬料嘅人都忍唔住點晒嚟食.Set Lunch (HK$150)Starters:Selection of Italian Cold Cuts & Cheese好少見set lunch starter會有咁大盤cold cut & cheese.裡面有三款凍肉、芝士、醃洋蔥、甜椒同酸種麵包.Salami 我覺得有啲辣.Ham上面有啲甜椒, 所以食落有鹹香之外, 仲有微微辣味, 好開胃.酸種麵包烘得乾同脆, 配埋芝士或Salami食, 真係好正!Tomato Bruschetta呢個係健康之選.多士上面勁多蕃茄粒, 底層鋪滿火箭菜, 味道清新.但如果你唔鍾意火箭菜嘅獨特味道, 我建議唔好揀呢個啦.Mains:Ravioli Fiorentina意大利雲吞裡面係滿滿嘅ricotta芝士同埋菠菜蓉.配埋蕃茄同羅勒醬, 酸酸哋好開胃.份量亦都啱啱好.Spaghetti Carbonara (HK$18)呢款Carbonara用嘅意粉比較粗身, 我覺得口感冇咁彈牙, 有啲似粗版蕎麥麵.上面嘅豬面頰肉係炸得好香脆.撈埋意粉嚟食, 我覺得好香好好食.不過芝士味就略為淡咗啲.Drinks:Iced Tea我哋就揀咗凍嘅檸檬茶.味道中規中矩, 飲落清爽.食完意粉飲返杯凍檸茶解下膩都唔錯.

今天跟朋友在太古坊地下一間意大利餐廳，來個悠閒又遲來的午餐。這是我第二次幫襯，餐廳一如既往地穩陣。午市有兩款選擇：set lunch menu 或 tasting menu，我哋都揀咗後者，有前菜、主菜加甜品或飲品，一次過享盡三道菜。無論味道定氣氛都舒服又滿足，慢慢咁享受意大利風味，真係寫意。一開始送來的餐前麵包已經開胃：蕃茄麵包同果仁麵包，外脆內軟，重點係配搭嘅松露醬，香到不得了，真係會忍唔住清晒成碟。🏅前菜- selection of cold cuts and cheese，有三款凍肉、兩款芝士，仲有多士同醃洋蔥和甜椒，一邊食一邊傾計，幾chill。- sautéed clams，用白酒炒蜆，加埋蒜片、紅椒同濃濃上湯，蜆肉鮮甜肥美，用香草多士蘸汁食，一流。🏅主菜- Prawn & Asparagus Risotto：蝦唔算大隻，但爽口彈牙，配埋蘆筍片同蝦味濃郁的忌廉湯底，creamy又唔膩。- Roasted Italian suckling pig：兩片烤得香脆的乳豬，底下係滑嘟嘟薯蓉同蘑菇醬汁，係我每次都要點嘅主菜。🏅甜品或餐飲朋友揀咗一件cheesecake配士多啤梨醬，大大件，兩個人share都夠。我點了一杯意大利甜酒 Limoncello，檸檬味清新香甜，冰涼回甘，係意大利餐後常見的消滯酒，完美作結。

最近去咗一間我好耐之前已經想去嘅意大利餐廳 🇮🇹，佢哋喺大坑、灣仔、上環同埋跑馬地都有分店。餐廳嘅裝修好有格調，有室內同埋室外嘅環境，好啱同朋友一齊聚會 🍽️。服務態度都好好，我哋都覺得好滿意 😊。我哋每人嗌咗個Tasting Menu，每位$288（另外加一服務費）💵。呢個套餐真係好抵食，每一道菜都好精緻，好啱想試多啲唔同款式嘅朋友 🍝！—————————————————
