拾級而上，來到多年前還在讀Art的時候去過的Gallery附近。可是現在目標並非藝術作品，而是Be-juiced的健康新嘗試。近年來愈多的健康食品及營養果汁出現，可總覺得不夠飽肚，不對胃口。倒是在外國時經常見到叫Açaí Bowl的一碗紫紅色滋味，有少許似雪葩。似小時候火紅火熱的乳酪雪糕再加多款配料，吃起來卻清新多了，沒那麼甜膩。 　　終於在香港也見到其身影，由巴西開始盛行，以抗氧化巴西莓製作。將Açaí打至細緻密滑，加入杏仁奶之類讓其稀少許，更順口。Be-juiced應該是香港唯一一家有供應這種富營養素及礦物質甜蜜美味的店家。 　　Açaí Bowl果然重酸甜果味，而且順滑得很，冰涼的很適合悶熱天氣。可以自選Toppings，除了平常常見的水果切粒外，還可以選近年熱門的Bee Pollen。另外，我們也選了新推出的Banana Almond Coconut Rawnola，脆感十足又不會太甜膩。不過還是最喜歡稠濃厚實的Almond Butter，果仁香甚重，味道也非常突出。 　　Power On以冷泡咖啡加上杏仁奶製作，加上可可粉及朱古力碎，加重苦香。微微果甜從香蕉而來，且有Aç

Well I love to work out and eat as healthy as possible. Therefore I'm in the search for the yummiest acai bowl that Hong Kong has to offer. Best one so far has been this one where you can add peanut butter. Heaven! Also tried one of the green juices and can highly recommend it!

The best acai bowl I ever had #nom The base included frozen acai berries, frozen banana & cold pressed apple juice. I ordered Banana almond coconut rawnola x mango x strawberries x almond butter for the toppings... They are amazingly good and healthy! The large bowl ($115 for 3 toppings ) is big enough to share among 2!! To be honest, it was quite pricy but still it is good to have this for sometimes haha

Peel street不嬲多好野食，星期五晚上想食得好，就實要排隊-_-#拎左飛之後行落黎，就見到呢間店，一共有23種不同的果汁，個combination都幾特別，所以有得試左味先買仲有一個Acai bowl, 係blend 左 acai berry 同banana，食落似沙冰，再加兩個toppings 選擇好健康，一係水果類，一係nuts，一係super food 好似最近好紅既奇異子，健康又好味^_^

最近，經過中環卑利街，印象中之前經過近荷理活道一帶見到卑利街街尾有間店子正在裝修，現時已開了一間冷壓果汁店 Be-Juiced！ 我剛剛才飲完咖啡，算是飽肚！  見到店子主打健康的 100% 冷壓果汁及健康的甜品，總是難以抗拒！ 冷壓果汁已有廿多款，各有不同功效！  不過，我覺得果汁樽外型好像一支藥水，令賣相大打折扣！ 好奇問女店員，Acai 是什麼甜品？ Acai Bowl 是由有機雜莓、混合蘋果汁及新鮮香蕉…等即席打製而成，另可自選配料！ 2 toppings $65/ 3 toppings $115  配料包括：水果類、果仁類、種子類全部都是健康元素！ 至於衛生方面，配料放進雪櫃保鮮，並以保鮮紙蓋好！ 由於，這款甜品本身加入天然糖份高的香蕉，我不想吸收太多果糖，特別選擇既是健康元素又鮮見的配料，花粉及杞子！ 身為消費者，如果想滿足又划算的話，寧願多付 $15，便嚐到兩杯兩款配料的甜品嘞！  若買三款配料，便要盛惠 $115！ 況且，不是很花功夫及時間的消暑甜品，放入攪拌機攪勻，表面加上配料而已！後來在 what's app 跟一位喜歡食甜品的中產朋友分享，連

Had this ice cold drink after an indoor cycling class and it was so refreshing,The drink GREEN MACHINE had all my favourite ingredients: KALE, SPINACH, GREEN APPLE, and COCONUT WATER.The coconut water makes it sweet, tasty and hydrating and I think this is my favourite blend.There are other blends such as well to suit your taste and the drink comes in such a cute bottle.
