同朋友叫咗牛肋骨拌飯同埋炸雞個飯黎到,見到好似不錯有豆、紫菜、同埋牛油果啲牛肋骨仲大大舊 賣相係幾唔錯點知個牛一食落口一陣酸肅味開頭以為我問題點知朋友食咗一啖都話舊牛好臭同個侍應講完,佢攞咗碟野入去隔無耐,攞番碟野出黎俾我地仲好唔耐煩咁同我地講「廚房食完無問題喎」之後擺番碟野係我地枱面又唔換,又唔cancel碟野態度十分唔好不會再食呢間野無諗過質素差到咁

My friend and I visited the branch in Wanchai. To be fair, the place was fantastic - good lighting, spacious and classy. Two ravenous men ordered 1 KFC, 1 Hanger Steak and 1 grilled Salmon thinking that it would be a feast. However, to our utter disapppint, inching towards disgust, we were served 5 tiny weeny pieces of chicken for HKD100. Thereafter, we were served 8 peices of really small hanger steak. The grilled salmon was delicious but I wish it would have filled up more than 1/18 of my stom

After reading decent reviews thought to give this place a try. Unfortunately the quality of their korean dishes were pretty disappointing. Soondooboo was rather bland and not spicy . Surprisingly non- korean dishes were more acceptable in taste. Fish tasted fresh but portions rather small. Seaweed Carbonara is worth trying; will get this again if I ever go back Service while slow, our Filipina server was very friendly

We went for dinner on a Sat night and it was disappointing. We ordered the pork bibimbap, crab salad, fried chicken thigh and scotch egg - all 4 dishes to share between 2 people.The portion sizes are small e.g fried chicken thigh is literally ONE (small) chicken thigh which meant there were only 4 relatively small bite size bits of chicken. It was a shame because it was nice & crispy even though it was a bit on the salty side.The ‘king crab salad’ was mostly cucumber mixed with a tiny bit of k

The portion sizes are small e.g fried chicken thigh is literally ONE (small) chicken thigh which meant there were only 4 relatively small bite size bits of chicken. It was a shame because it was nice & crispy even though it was a bit on the salty side.

The ‘king crab salad’ was mostly cucumber mixed with a tiny bit of king crab and mayonnaise - I was only able to taste the mayonnaise and cucumber. Again it was a small portion for HKD100.

The bibimbap lacked flavor - it came with a light green spicy mayonnaise which I wasn’t sure if we were to stir into the hot stone pot or not - it gave the bibimbap some flavor but we were a little confused.

We waited for 45mins for the scotch egg - I understand the long wait if they were making the whole thing fresh like boiling the egg, wrapping it in the meat... bread crumbing and frying but... 45mins?!... we were also one of 2 tables there so it wasn’t like they were busy with other orders...

(We had one piece of chicken when I took the picture. Didn’t take a picture of the scotch egg because we were still hungry after having had 3 dishes - we just wanted to eat, pay and leave).

The service was OK, the waitress was polite and helpful when she came over. It did take us a few attempts to get anyone’s attention in a restaurant that was dead (@7pm!) when chasing up the scotch egg.

They should either reduce the price or increase the portion sizes.

If you want to overpay for tapas size food - then this is for you.

We won’t be going back again.

全個餐是三道菜, Starter- 帝皇蟹沙律/ 炸魷魚圈, 其實蟹是否帝皇?有幾多客人感覺得到呀, 但寫明係炸魷魚圈而來的是焯魷魚圈, 呢個就大部份人都發覺得到! 還好的是焯嘅魷魚圈一點都不失禮, 魷魚的質地是剛剛熟, 小小的青色毛荳在顏色配搭方面起咗相當好的作用, 而醮醬係一個比'較重味嘅味噌醬類似日式赤味噌,所以沾少少已經夠味, 沙律的青瓜絲反而係呢個沙律的靈魂,因為真的是佩服切青瓜絲的那位仁兄, 由於青瓜絲的粗幼同蟹肉差不多所以咀嚼上的調和感十分一致, 賣相亦係呢個沙律的特色但亦係最容易破壞整個外觀的成因, 我們要咗四個沙律, 最美觀的是現在照片中的一品, 其他的因為只要好輕微的那幾片紅蘿蔔仔的花瓣沒有稍稍斜向上,又或者三文魚籽放得太少/ 太多都會完全失平衡, 這是個相當考人的擺碟, 想必廚師是參考了很多其他廚師的成品千錘百鍊出來的意念, 用食物去表現一朵花, 模仿自然但又要求公整其實一點也不容易, 之所以四個成品只有一個能入鏡, 以一個完成度高的沙律在第一度搶人眼球的確係戰略上的招式, 但凡事都有正反兩面, 是否能夠收到預期效果則要看日後結果了,

Second Course - 韓式炸雞 / 韓式雞肉球

炸雞外皮夠脆, 內裡還保持豐富肉汁, 由於自己是第一次食呢味"炸雞"感覺OK啦, 不過友人C就話傳統韓式炸雞的外層炸衣比較簿, 或者這店的廚師就係想借此做出區別來也說不定!

另一個雞肉球做得更好, 因為用雞肉做肉丸並不是易事, 味道保持中庸, 在丸頂的一小點淺黃色係蛋黃做的小裝飾, 蛋黃味不重唔講可能你會唔知,

Main - 豬肉石鍋拌飯
, 傳統一點的味道, 豬腩肉肥瘦相間肉味濃郁, 尤其是已被至面燶燶多了一層煙燻香氣, 而當服務員放下石鍋二話不說,手起义落隨即撈飯, 好明顯佢無諗過客人可能想拍照後才撈飯, 又或者客人唔介意自己動手撈飯呢? 我地並不是介意影唔到相, 只係慨嘆服務業人材凋零, 員工訓練不足, 青黃不接, 本來這個Restaurant Week係一個好好磨練員工的好機會但這也得看管理層心態!

人參雞湯泡飯, 以煮義大利飯的技巧泡製的韓式泡飯, 味道是保持韓式的人參味"苦" 但只有苦味的飯有誰懂欣賞呢
? 是否應該起碼滲入些雞湯的甜味又或者植物的清甜味呢? 作為主菜比起幾片刨出來的雞胸肉是否用丁方的胸肉好一點? 傳統的人參雞湯係半隻雞耶!明白這是一個變奏但也應該考慮一下原來的版本, 免得做了另一個新菜式,

韓式燒牛肋骨, 注意這個菜是沒有骨落地的, 放於一旁的類似泡菜其實是沙律菜, 全紅色的拌汁甜不辣, 牛肋肉似乎經過低溫煮熟, 完全軟淋甚至去到"滑"嘅口感, 不過淋在牛肉上的醬汁味道有點霸道,基本上吃不出牛味,同樣伴菜令人驚訝的出色,貌似薯蓉但細看感覺有纖維質地,食落就完全知道呢個係西芹忌廉蓉,口感清新之餘菜的甜味完全跟那濃濃醬汁成一對比,天然的甜,醬汁的甜,鮮紅沙律汁的甜,有趣的對比


甜品的炸冬甩加30蚊/份, 每份有兩粒&一球雪糕,炸冬甩係一個糯米粉做嘅實心紫薯煎堆, 外滾上砂糖配一球只有甜的云呢嗱雪糕
,還好是伴碟的紅莓/ 籃莓是微酸的, 多少都可以補救過甜的甜品,

出奇地這裡的house wine白(加35蚊)有相當唔錯的果香(石榴) 乾身但沒太辛辣易入口
,

整體表現只是一般,尤其是服務態度方面還有大空間可以改進,

I go here almost once a week. I tried almost every menu and they are all good. The KFC burger and Peruvian bibimbap are my favourite. If you like spicy soup, try the Army Soup with Cheese Macaroni. It’s so addictive!!!!! As Korean, i tell you this place is better than Korean restaurants in Korea.

They have amazing fried chicken, seriously. The batter was light, the outer was so crispy, and most importantly of all, the chicks meat itself was so tender. They have amazing fried chicken, seriously. The batter was light, the outer was so crispy, and most importantly of all, the chicks meat itself was so tender. The moment I bit into it, I was overwhelmed with how juicy and soft and delicious it was.

Amazing.

And the two sauces (curry and some spicy sauce) were not needed to enjoy this beautiful fried chicken.

And no, I was not paid to do this review. I even used my entertainer app buy one get one free coupon.

Definitely will come again.

Oh and the seafood pancake was pretty good too, it had cute squirts of some sauce on it that made it visually cute.

又是同事生日,我們一大群人,便可以公司附近的新派韓國餐廳午飯,刻意挑選了坐外面的長枱,很有氣氛!在灣仔地段來説,這個午市套餐價錢也合理。有前菜、沙律和主菜,但不包括飲品。餐廳連熱茶也不提供,在寒冷的天氣下,我們只有凍水。。。前菜有泡菜、茄子和葱。辣辣的很惹味,可惜茄子煮得不夠腍,有點半生熟感。沙律也新鮮爽口。海鮮豆腐湯是我在韓國餐廳常吃的食物,但這個海鮮豆腐湯 ($128) 真是伏!雖然賣相是吸引,但湯底非常稀,完全是用小量辣國辣醬混上大量熱水做成。蜆肉也沒有清洗乾淨,吃得每口也是沙粒,真是嚇壞人!另外散點了個無骨的韓國炸雞 ($198),用咖喱醬汁煮成,確是比岀面的韓國炸雞特别。但可惜炸漿過厚,炸得又實又硬。而雞肉只有小許,也稱不上為嫩滑多汁,不好吃。同事的炸雞漢堡 ($108) 看起來也是蠻吸引的~

海鮮豆腐湯是我在韓國餐廳常吃的食物,但這個海鮮豆腐湯 ($128) 真是伏!雖然賣相是吸引,但湯底非常稀,完全是用小量辣國辣醬混上大量熱水做成。蜆肉也沒有清洗乾淨,吃得每口也是沙粒,真是嚇壞人!

另外散點了個無骨的韓國炸雞 ($198),用咖喱醬汁煮成,確是比岀面的韓國炸雞特别。但可惜炸漿過厚,炸得又實又硬。而雞肉只有小許,也稱不上為嫩滑多汁,不好吃。

我个人还是比较喜欢传统的Korean restaurant, 像这家混合西方风格的,我就不懂欣赏。像tartare,dressing 太浓,我根本没吃到牛肉的香味,只有肥厚的dressing 味道.....其他菜味道普通,而且价钱不便宜。眼见客人都是外国人为主。反正,我个人不满意。

Pork bulgogi ($128) - I had their pork belly jumulleok with gochujang marinated Canadian pork belly and steamed vegetables last time around and thought I really enjoyed it a lot. This time, I tried to stick with a similar dish of pork bulgogi.

This was pretty much the same gochujang marinated pork except that they've replaced the pork belly with thinly sliced pork fillet. The supporting cast also looked fairly familiar with a simple lettuce wrap and condiments.

This was pretty nice but the portion was noticeably smaller comparing to my last visit. At the same time, I noted the price has gone up ever so slightly (from $108 to $128) while the salad was quietly replaced by a pretty forgettable daily soup. A sign of inflation hurting Hong Kong and its dining scene once again!

在香港吃过很多家韩餐!这家真心超爱!前菜的汤!简直不能更好喝!奶香十足,油而不腻!主菜我点的三文鱼,熟三文鱼有些腻,颜值过关!炸鸡甜味的不要点,味道一般,原味还不错。生牛肉做法特殊,跟冰激凌混合在一起,味道独特最后的甜点颜值逆天!但是缺点是过甜。吃出了中国炸糕的感觉。总体很赞,推荐

Gals gathering 揀呢間食,聽聞是Alvin Leung 開的,所以諗住認該都ok, 點知係very disappointed.  Service 一般,似百幾蚊一位的普通餐廳service,同佢間舖modern decoration and 中上價位唔係好相符。D食物fusion 又 fusion 唔哂,無乜創意,正宗又唔係,有幾樣食物都too salty.  埋單$4000,每位$500 真心唔值,呢個價錢可以有好多其他選擇。當晚埋單時要張computer receipt, next day afternoon 才發覺原來印錯單比我,比張4百幾蚊的單我,其實食飯個晚得幾張table生意咋。打電話問餐廳要,個幾位男性員工sort of reluctant and not very helpful , 仲話無理由會比錯,好似我呃佢。仲唔可以即時email 比我,話唔識用喎,話佢係負責樓面only.  大佬,就係因為你地樓面比錯computer receipt ,所以我才問返樓面員工要lor.  總之,最後我再追,才在2天後收到email.呢間restaurant一定唔會再去
