Burger Box (已結業)

13/8(四) 12:30pm為同事效勞的中午,從上環速步到中環碼頭,購下Burger Box的Classic Burger $35及Mushroom swiss cheese burger set $61.Classic Burger及Mushroom swiss cheese burger --芝麻漢堡包飽脹軟身,漢堡扒外層焦脆,肉質實在,肉汁澎湃,酸青瓜,洋蔥,蕃茄及生菜絲等新鮮什菜,當然添加了瑞士芝士及蘑菇更臻味美.跟餐的粗薯條香脆可口.用了"新假期"coupon,買餐送Classic burger一個,年輕服務生態度有禮,花一小時的腳力,準沒枉費!

因為睇左最新一期既飲食男女既關係。所以走左去試下。去到發現雜誌圖片同顯示既價錢唔同，不過算喇，都去左，照食叫左個單層車打芝士煙肉牛肉漢堡，單叫＄４ｘ，餐就＄５ｘ（我忘記了實數）　單層車打芝士煙肉牛肉漢堡即叫即製，肉汁香濃，可能因為標榜用安格斯牛既關係，番茄，生菜，洋蔥等味道係想象之內。不過我覺得沙津醬既味道太濃，有少少搶左牛香。　薯條亦都係即叫即炸，香脆而唔油膩，表面灑滿黑椒及鹽，拎黎既時候已經聞到濃郁黑椒味。　可樂一般機出可口可樂。總結黎講，行過碼頭會返食，但係唔會再特登去，因為佢位於碼頭關係，座位設於沒有冷氣既地方，亦沒有通風措施，齋坐都覺得熱，食完更加出晒汗

A new shop in the Star Ferry Pier. Looks HOT in the hot summer and always in hurry so didn't try it before.And now, got a chance to try it.Ordered a normal burger, not set meal. Price is $35, which is ok for a made as you order burger. Waiting in the place is a bit harsh since the place is quite hot (you know, summer time...) but it worths. The medium rare meat is juicy, the vegetables are ok, the pickles are tasty and crunchy, and the sauce is just fit, not too much or too little.Quite good
