𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐮𝐯𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐲 🧡這次來到Soho區的秘魯小店，在香港對秘魯菜印象就是很「惹味」！🔥果然沒有令我們失望，性價比滿滿，吃得超飽肚🥹🎀這裡裝飾很有心思，門口有秘魯特色的草泥馬 🦙 ✨天花掛滿南美特色的彩條和玩偶 🌈 牆上也畫滿秘魯和南美風格的畫像 🖼️👩🎨 電視上也一直播著秘魯的旅遊景點，在香港很少看到，因此在吃的時候也忍不住不時觀看😆📺 看得出真的很有心思佈置餐廳和宣傳秘魯🎨✨ 服務很好，有一直給我們換碟，加水我們品嘗了以下菜式：🎀 𝘾𝙖𝙪𝙨𝙖 𝘿𝙚 𝙋𝙖𝙨𝙘𝙖𝙙𝙤 🐟 $130 海鱸魚他他薯蓉 - 風味滿滿的一碟前菜，不單賣相靚可打卡，魚他他超彈牙，配上洋蔥蕃茄粒的酸味刺激出鮮味真的很配！就連我平常不吃他他也覺得好吃很清新🤤🎀 𝙋𝙚𝙧𝙪𝙫𝙞𝙖𝙣 𝙂𝙧𝙞𝙡𝙡 🥩🍗$370 西冷牛扒和半隻炸雞、西班牙豬肉腸，加上兩款side dish滿滿的一鍋烤肉！性價比好高，很惹味。雞很好吃，就算是雞胸也嫩滑🤤 醬汁很配，牛肉有兩種醬- mayonnaise 好幫肉提鮮，musard令燒烤味更升級🥹🧡 夠2-3個人吃，我們兩個人超飽！很喜歡它用炭爐，吃到了最後還在出煙暖暖的🤤✨🎀 𝙂𝙞𝙖𝙣𝙩 𝘾𝙝𝙪𝙧𝙧𝙤𝙨 $128 🍨 配朱古力醬吃，很外脆內軟很好吃🤤 不油不會過甜，更可以加$15配雪糕🍧（我們只是太飽沒加🤣）🎀 Drinks 🥂: 𝘾𝙝𝙞𝙘𝙝𝙖 𝙈𝙤𝙧𝙖𝙙𝙖 $68 & 𝙎𝙖𝙪𝙫𝙞𝙜𝙣𝙤𝙣 𝙗𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙘 $75We visited a hidden Peruvian gem in Soho! This place did not disappoint! Tastes are so flavorful 🔥 The portions were generous, and we left feeling absolutely stuffed 🥹🎀 The decorations are well on-point promoting Peru and Latin American culture 🇵🇪✨ , We were greeted by an adorable Peruvian alpaca 🦙✨at the door🤣 The ceiling was decorated with colorful papers and dolls 🌈, while the walls were filled with vibrant paintings of Peru and Latin American culture 🖼️👩🎨 Their TV was also playing travel clips of Peru, which was such a rare sight in Hong Kong - I couldn’t help but keep glancing at it while eating 😆📺 You can really tell that they put a lot of effort into creating an authentic and inviting atmosphere 🎨✨Service was great too—they constantly refilled our water and changed our plates without us even asking! What we tried: 🎀 𝘾𝙖𝙪𝙨𝙖 𝘿𝙚 𝙋𝙖𝙨𝙘𝙖𝙙𝙤🐟 $130 A beautifully presented appetizer featuring seabass tartare and mashed potatoes. The tartare had an amazing bouncy texture. The refreshing onions and diced tomatoes really enhanced the freshness of the fish. Even tho I don’t usually eat tartare, I found this dish incredibly refreshing 🤤🎀 𝙋𝙚𝙧𝙪𝙫𝙞𝙖𝙣 𝙂𝙧𝙞𝙡𝙡🥩🍗 $370 A sizzling platter of sirloin steak, half fried chicken, and Spanish pork sausage, served with two side dishes! Such great value for the portion, and every bite was packed with flavor. The chicken was surprisingly tender—even the breast meat wasn’t dry at all 🤤The sauces paired really well with the meats: mayonnaise enhanced the beef’s umami, while mustard took the smoky grilled flavor to the next level 🥹🧡The portion was perfect for 2-3 people—just the two of us were already beyond full! I love how they served it on a charcoal grill, keeping everything warm until the very last bite 🤤✨🎀 𝙂𝙞𝙖𝙣𝙩 𝘾𝙝𝙪𝙧𝙧𝙤𝙨 $128 🍨 These churros were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside 🤤 They weren’t greasy or overly sweet, making them the perfect dessert. 平時食厭西餐，日本菜，泰國菜。今次經過門口見到係秘魯餐廳，有新鮮感up! 入到去餐廳見到每台都叫咗招牌秘魯烤雞，所以係必點菜式✨餐廳室內氣氛很好，天花板貼滿了彩紙充滿了節日氣氛。牆壁和裝飾都擺放了有很多代表秘魯的草泥馬公仔，非常可愛。至於食物方面，相當有驚喜，原本以為價錢貴份量少，點知完全食唔晒🤣仲可以打包添極力推薦半隻烤雞配甜番薯同蒜香飯，半隻燒雞份量充足，甜番薯的蜜汁味平衡烤肉的味道，另外煙鴨胸芫荽飯都非常出色。

見到pair草泥馬守門口，先知原來係秘魯國寶，佔全球總數70%😂 失敬！店內佈置佢都係主角，仲有售毛公仔$888/隻坐低叫咗杯白酒，被menu的秘魯特色烤爐拼盤所吸引，店員捧烤爐上枱真係大大份沙律菜同酸菜cover住開邊烤腸我鍾意脆腸，所以覺得佢淋咗D最like係牛扒，外面焦香內裡粉紅而且調味好正，多多香、少少辣唔通係秘魯特製嘅？輪到燒雞，我中伏太多，戰戰兢兢試脾先肉少嫩、皮好香，放心咗食到雞胸都可以，唔算鞋，收貨！如果計份量，薯條之多變咗做主角😂不過一邊飲酒傾計一邊食薯條其實係唔會嫌多嘅就係咁，KO咗我哋呢個late dinner!

讚-燒雞係唔錯 皮入味 肉夠滑 香腸燒得皮脆 炸餃子唔油膩 餡料夠豐富 醬汁開胃 呢兩樣都做得幾好-好多羊駝擺設 好得意彈-第一次係餐廳見到有職員瞓覺 不過間嘢又真係好無客 星期五都靜到咁-醃魚生啲魚肉有啲乾

嗰度地方好細 要去嘅話記住要早啲book位‼️雖然地方唔大 但係好有氣氛 🥳場內有好多秘魯嘅裝飾 例如草泥馬公仔 同埋秘魯音樂 🎵但係氣氛都係其次 重點係嘢食 😋鍾意食大嚿肉嘅朋友千祈唔好錯過‼️因為佢啲雞真係烤得好香好嫩滑 牛扒又好juicy 🍗🥩包你一試難忘 🙂↕️小食方面 我自己好鍾意食蘑菇脆片配牛油果蓉 🥑脆卜卜又香口嘅脆片 配上creamy嘅牛油果 真係冇得頂 令人食唔停口 👍🏻不過甜品方面就唔係好推薦啦 🥺Churros偏硬 同埋原本諗住係配雪糕 點知原來只係醬汁 鍾意食churros嘅朋友都係去返葵廣食 @bunnychurros 啦 價錢方面 可能因為香港比較少類似嘅菜式 咁都係比較貴嘅我哋琴晚9個人食 人均大概$230（唔計切餅費） 💸💸不過個人都係覺得值得一試嘅 👍🏻如果你都鍾意試吓其他國家嘅食物 🤤不妨嚟試吓啦❣️
