Apparently they have one of these in the IFC and I never knew it. I noticed this place on one of my infrequent trips to the Hopewell Center and I had to grab a panini. I'm a sandwich-lover by heart, and I try not to let sandwich places in HK escape me.As another reviewer said, the service is a little strange. Several people behind the counter seemed to just be standing around and not acknowledging the people who were waiting for their orders to be taken.The menu has some interesting things, but most of the sandwiches have at least something on them that I wouldn't really care for. For example, the turkey sandwich has some sort of blueberry spread. Why? I decided to go with the chili-lime chicken sandwich. Apparently you can order it with more fillings at an extra charge, and that's what I did.I didn't really taste the lime, and I certainly didn't taste the chili, but the chicken was cooked well enough and tasty. Only the outside of the panini was hot-- the chicken was cold and one of the cheese slices was unmelted. This is probably the result of all the extra fillings; the panini press can't heat up all the insides before burning the outside. I will say that I liked the sandwich, and that apart from Fresh (formerly La Baguette) in LKF and Meli Melo in Sheung Wan, I can't think of a better place to grab a sandwich in HK. I plan on eating at the IFC location quasi-regularly, provided my future experiences resemble my past one. A-

As you may or may not know, Dressed has certain deals going on for gym goers. And why not? It's a support healthy choice for the health conscience! But this just make it a better reason to go; for beefy guys.They have a number of daily specials for soups and salads. While the soups and pasta may not be their forte, the salads and Paninis are sublime! The clam chowder may have been the exception in that they used real ingredients! Add in your Tabasco, and it tastes perfect.I highly recommend the Asian Salad. It's got everything from blue cheese to crackers! The dressing is very light, and healthy. It mixes just well enough so that the salad and all its other goodies are still crunchy, with a slight zing and kick.

Dressed晌中環開咗好幾年，都未幫襯過，反而今次幫襯咗灣仔店，事緣工作嘅關係，走咗過嚟灣仔；無飯開嘅關係，今晚餐飯打算買外賣；網上遊戲嘅關係，中咗$100美食現金券。結果，造就咗小弟第一次幫襯Dressed嘅機會。原來Dressed喺來自美國阿特蘭大，主打健康輕食，如沙律、意大利烘包、三文治、熱湯……等等。入夜後嘅皇后大道東較少人流，而依間Dressed就更少人，晌小弟等外賣期間，只有兩個人，一個有買嘢，一個齋睇無幫襯。一室白牆青膠櫈，感覺幾醒目，清新健康感，不過長長嘅店舖，客少太清靜，有啲荒涼感啫，此時此刻先至喺夜晚7:00pm咋！散叫嘅話唔多平，一份廚師推介沙律$70、$80有多，意大利烘包又$50、$60一份，三文治又收$50多，所以套餐較為上算，以組合形式劃分價錢：1. 輕盈沙律2. 本日精選意粉3. 意大利烘包（半份）4. 是日餐湯5. 餐飲組合一：1 / 2 / 3 + 4 + 5 = $50，組合二：1 + 2 + 5 = $60，當然每個類別無散叫咁多選擇，既然有$100「預算」揸手，理所當然盡點啦。要咗一個組合一，再加多份三文治，就啱啱好啦！輕盈沙律有4個選擇：亞洲沙律、加洲沙律、美式沙律及公司沙律，其實每款都各具特色，唔同嘅材料配搭唔同嘅醬汁，最後都喺好隨意揀咗加洲沙律。既然叫得「輕盈」，自然比正價份量少一截，雖然細細兜，但都塞到滿滿，內裡有沙律菜、烤雞（得好少）、牛油果（一大舊）、車厘茄、煙肉碎、芝士粉，配上黑醋醬，佢話有埋杏仁片，食極都唔覺。而整體味道唔錯，幾清爽，煙肉碎及芝士粉令個沙律鹹鹹香香，黑醋醬帶點酸，幾醒胃！是日餐湯餐湯每日都唔同款，會晌店內展示板詳列出嚟，依日就有「Chicken Noodle」同「Cream of Brocolli」，後者喺西蘭花忌廉湯，大概知喺乜，所以要咗前者。原來個Chicken Noodle Soup有啲似意大利雜菜湯，有啲蘿蔔粒、西芹粒、雞肉粒，而「Noodle」喺啲蝴蝶粉，幾多料，但略嫌味道稍淡。餐飲可揀嘅選擇唔多，可樂、凍茶或凍檸水，其他嘅都要加錢。我就拎罐可樂就算！以上套餐份量，女生就當到一餐，男生就多數都唔夠喇。烤紅椒雞肉三文治 $50麵包類有兩大分支，一類喺意大利烘包，另一類喺手製精選三文治。三文治都唔喺用普通白麵包，而喺用多榖麥三文治方包，較有咬口。餡料方面，包括雞胸肉、烤紅椒、車打芝士、雜綿沙律菜配芫茜杏仁醬，份三文治都幾厚身，主要喺因為夾住大量沙律菜。口感幾鮮爽，不過味道唔算好突出，無一種令人一食難忘或有驚喜嘅感覺，只可定為不過不失嘅配搭。

一直都好鐘意飲ＳＭＯＯＴＨＩＥＳ但不嬲都好貴，香港比起外國少有就更加貴同難搵飲一杯既價錢可以食個ＬＵＮＣＨ但今日ＯＴ，口淡淡又唔太餓就想飲Ｄ冰冰凍既野入到黎好少人，綠白相撞既顏色好清新叫左杯用薑同梨做主打既沙冰因為平時少見有薑做材料飲落夠凍，薑同梨既味都係淡淡的好易入口，有醒醒神既作用係細杯左Ｄ，唔夠喉哈哈

今天約了同事午膳，在酷熱天氣警告下，很多人都選擇以沙律作午餐。我個人雖然不太喜歡，但太陽真的很猛很熾熱，不想在户外逗留多一秒，見有枱便匆匆步入。午餐組合是(1)細沙律 + 是日餐湯 + 飲品=$50；(2)細沙律/是日餐湯 + 半份Panini/是日意粉 + 飲品=$60飲品只有汽水/Lemonade是免費的，Vitamin Water/Sparkling water要另加$12，亦不可加錢轉smoothies，如單點的話消費一點都不便宜。細沙律有4-5款選擇，我選的這款是Club Salad，羅馬生菜很新鮮，cesar salad醬汁攪拌均勻入味，配以車厘茄及火腿粒，好味之選意粉是跟沙律用同一份量的碗盛上，今天的是日意粉是Alfredo，可能Dressed以健康作賣點，所以這個長通粉就只配以幾粒很香脆的bacon，幾粒青豆，小小芝士，好像沒有任何醬汁加工烹調，感覺很dry 如果下次再選這裡午餐，是會選擇意式飽。
