今日Happy Friday，晏晝就食好少少，經過呢度，見到以前既Flame轉左形，自從上次路過見到佢個Lunch Set有我最鐘意既Clam Pasta同Fish & Chips，今次見到又仲有呢2味，就即刻舉手話要食呢度。入到去，同以前有少少唔同，但格局幾乎冇變過，我同比較友好既同事仔，2個1人叫1款share一齊食，事關我地2個都鐘意Clam Pasta同埋Fish & Chips呢2味餸。首先黎左個蕃茄湯，佢個湯超強勁，真係每一啖都有蕃茄蓉係入面，好重香料味，味道好濃郁，好可惜，我並唔係a fan of tomato所以我飲左1/3碗就棄權比左另一位同事了，哈哈哈哈。之後等左都好一陣(其實都有啲耐)我地既野食終於到喇。先黎同事仔既Clam Pasta，味道唔錯，只係嫌佢酒味有點點重，蜆既數量都夠多，但好可惜，佢12萬個油！勁油！最後我地要long起隻碟等佢啲油聚住一邊先食另一邊，真係好鬼誇張。我個個炸魚薯條黎喇！個樣好靚，好吸引，佢呢度係用肥薯條(粗個隻)，另外舊魚都算大件。即刻拎條薯條試下，熱辣辣，外脆內軟，仲好有薯味，非常好！再黎試下個魚，好脆身，入面塊魚都算幾好，唔dry

放lunch時間到！去到呢間細細地嘅restaurant 個feel幾好，仲有bar檯，應該for夜晚飲酒嘅！坐低睇咗個menu就叫咗carbonara，diet coke，同salad（全部都係一個餐），夾埋都係$88，無加一服務費，我覺得係超值咖！個carbonara上面有啲煙肉同青瓜，好重芝士味，不過都唔算太濃味，最唔好係個底啲汁太油，整體幾好味，麵條適中軟硬度。個侍應服務幾好，不過食salad之後等main dish有少少耐，可能我太肚餓啦😓😓😓下次會再食咖！

Previously this restaurant used to do roast chicken but then they closed for a while and now they serve pies instead of roast chicken.The restaurant has now been converted into a small pub.Here is the new menu and it's nice to see that they still have piri piri chicken burger on the menu.I ordered two pies which were not available so I had to choose from the list she showed me, so in the end I had chicken and mushroom and the beef curry pie.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★Chicken and mushroom:Evidently t

從食友 SSG 口中得知這裡有家不錯的烤雞店, 於是便一起前來拜訪一下。店內環境來說, 其實不錯的, 燈光帶點暗, 心境倍添寧靜。點選了四份一只 Piri Piri, 是一款辣的烤雞, 靈感來自非洲, 以新鮮紅椒和多款配料調製, 賣相對辦, 從表皮看來烤得帶少許微焦, 火路剛好。剛剛出爐的烤雞, 拿上手時還是熱辣辣的, 沒有不好吃的理由, 加上不少肉汁保留在內, 肉質亦見嫩滑, 其實是一件質素上佳的烤雞。可是, 或許店子位置實在有點偏僻, 人流始終不多, 只是開業了不久, 現在卻已經關門大吉。或許, 只能夠說: 「搵食艱難啊！」

Knew the place is small so went out for early lunch. Fortunately got the last table.Herb chicken is juicy and tender, got potato wedges as side dish. Their salad bar looks tempting so will give it a try next time.Funny that while I was waiting, trying to figure out whether piri piri is spicy. Guy behind the counter didn't really answer me but the ones standing in line do.

Definitely not a place with large portion sizes - this place is similar to Nando's (Frango's if you're in China) or even Kenny Rogers Roasters. For $58 you can order a 1/4 chicken with 1 side dish. The side dishes include salads, potato wedges, coleslaw, mashed potato etc. This doesn't include a drink but the side dishes were numerous in the selection. I'm on protein diet and grilled chicken becomes my regular meal. Great to have Flame in Wanchai as this is close to my office. I have their chicken almost every day since Feb 17. Love their choice of salad and sides. It’s well made. Price is ok. Serving portion of chicken is good and it’s quite tasty. 去過上環那間, 有人話呢間都唔錯. 本來lunch 唔係打算食雞的(初初只知店名, 直頭唔知佢o係邊), 點知行過見到個廣告牌寫住 "FLAME", 有燒雞相片.... 甘o岩不如就食雞啦.我幾喜歡呢間 :1 ) 係, d 雞唔係新鮮出爐新鮮切開, 但買完, 行5min 反到公司, 無凍到, 用仲係好 tender. 唔乾. 同時我又唔使等甘耐.2) 清楚係有2味: herbs 或 piri piri spicy (可能因為有d寫法文我唔多識睇, d menu 黑板又有d亂.....)3) 平過人地少少......................ok, 食野最緊要講好唔好味. 我可以話~~ 好味~~ order 了半隻 piri piri 燒雞. 打開錫紙, 雞油香 + 辣香料香飄出來~~ 已經令我醒一醒. 食落唔係好辣, 但唔止雞皮有味, d 辣味入到肉. 我覺得呢個幾重要. 我怕d肉鞋"sap sap", 幹掙掙同無味. 但佢3樣都唔係. 所以我 like~~ 唔係好大隻雞但幾多肉, lunch 半隻就飽晒啦.無食 side dish, 所以無 comment~~ 唯1希望佢可以

近期人氣急升的店子也要算燒雞店的份兒，但同人唔同命，灣仔新開這一家，開了一個月仍乏人問津，與上環另一家其門如市，不可同日而語。這天下午，因午餐吃得不多，便買半隻雞與同事分享，售價比上環那家略便宜，四份一隻$38，半隻$74，全隻$145。燒雞分香草或Piri Piri 辣味兩種，我選了香草燒雞。店員將雞放入微波爐加熱後，再用錫紙包好，連兩小盒醬汁、膠叉、紙巾放入膠手抽內。雖然燒雞不是從烤架取下，可能已燒好一些時間，打開錫紙，已聞到陣陣香草香味和肉味，燒雞體積頗大，無隻約有三磅重，非一般的春雞大小，雞皮烤得很香，但不脆，美味的雞髀贈與同事分享，而雞胸頗厚肉，肉質嫩，不覺太「鞋」口，肉汁不算多，但仍可保存若干，醮點附上的醬汁，更添美味。整體而言，燒雞算不錯，香草味濃，唯所用的香草，thyme 和 rosemary 頗硬身，輕徵影響口感。除燒雞外，此店還有燒豬手、沙律等，也值一試。
