今天来到湾仔喝咖啡，结果附近没有找到小眾咖啡店。於是找了一家叫佐治咖啡，决定试一试他们的咖啡豆有什么分别。他们的咖啡豆有两款，一款是普通的，另一款是贵价的，价格相差三倍。这次我选的是普通咖啡豆，味道平均，不会偏酸和偏苦，有淡淡的果香味，好喝。但是喝到后面的时候，咖啡感觉有点浑浊，可能是研磨得比较细，导致咖啡分层。但是不影响味道，这间店还有香烟和雪茄售卖，而一般咖啡店都是售卖西饼和甜点的。可惜我不吸烟，所以没有尝试。

My top 5 favourite coffee in Hong Kong ☕️! Since having my first cup of Flat White from here, I’ve been hooked! They started off as a boutique shop and now they have a few stores around HK Being lactose intolerant, it makes it very hard to find good coffee made with dairy alternatives in Hong Kong. Flat White in soy milk tastes sooo good here, for the reasons that it has a strong coffee aroma and taste, the soy milk is very well hidden beneath this refreshing aroma, making it a cup of seamlessly served coffee.
