Their franchise with the Italy cooker has been suspended, so the old menu is no longer there. The menu is an entirely new one which is quite disappointed The atmosphere and the environment are excellent, but the food quality didn’t reach my expectation, only reach the level of acceptable I would say...

“The world’s best pizza”. I have a high expectation. Happy to tell that the Dough doesn’t make me disappointed. The Margherita is very good. The topping is very juicy. I believe chef has his persevering to choose tomatoes.But actually I come for the dessert, Tiramisu. Um... a little bit disappointed. I won’t say it is bad. But maybe it is a home recipe. The taste is a bit light, and the alcohol flavour is very weak.

Heard a lot of comments on how this is the best pizza in town! I have received mixed feedback, and decided to give it a try at lunch. I think it’s a nice place for lunch as it’s not crowded, the atmosphere is very nice to take a break from the busy city. They offered lunch combo, for under $200, you can enjoy a pizza with a appetizer. Not bad at all!Salad as appetizer

和好朋友享受happy hour ，去了kytalty才知道七點鐘才有食物，並只有pizza ！Franco Pepe版本的經典Margherita薄餅變奏版Margherita Sbagliata（意思是錯誤的Margherita），薄餅的莫薩里拉芝士來自意大利城市卡塞塔，是百分百的水牛芝士。表面上的紅色和綠色紋理來自Riccio蕃茄醬和濃縮的新鮮羅勒葉、鹽和特級初榨橄欖油。另外這個pizza 忘記了什麼名字，但我覺得比推介的好味！ Pizza 迷要嘗試丫！

餐廳說他們是世界上最好的pizza，也不算是吧。週末晚上，跟朋友來到中環吃晚飯，好懷念以前在義大利🇮🇹吃到的pizza，所以就來到Kytaly，一切都很隨興，我們沒有訂位就來了，一開始侍應說要等大概一個半小時，但我跟朋友都很累，所以便留在餐廳先喝杯飲料，大概半個小時便有位了。現在算是冷天氣，座位是半露天，涼風吹過挺舒服的。prociutto salad味道不過不失，餐廳油醋汁玻璃瓶口太小了，一直倒出來的都是油，最後侍應看我們手忙腳亂的便出手幫忙。3/5忘記了這個Pizza的名字，這是比較貴的magherita pizza option, 餡料是比較流質的的番茄醬，mozzarella同basil醬。餐廳Pizza現烤現做，批底挺好吃的，就是餡料比較沒有驚喜。這個價格未免有點兒overpriced 3/5來到義大利餐廳怎麼可以不吃甜點，點了個tiramisu，算不錯。 4/5整體來說不過不失，但是頂著世界上最好吃Pizza的光環卻是讓我挺失望的。

Best pizza in town? Right... Honestly though, pizzas here are good but not 300hkd good. The prices are shockingly high, so I expected that the quality of the service would be of similar level. I was wrong... the manager/waiter, Raoul, misled us when taking the order. We asked how big the pizzas are and he never mentioned that they are too big for us girls to each have one. 中午與同事試試新餐廳，餐廳環境裝潢設計都很好，適合女生聚會或生日派對，服務都不錯，但食物質素卻令人失望。pizzas雖是正宗意大利做法，但咬感麻麻，配料配搭上也不是特別出色，只能說是slightly above average. 本來想再回來試試晚餐，但食物真的吸引不到我回頭😥

More CARBS for y’all!! Finally tried Kytaly that - did they really bring the best world’s 🍕pizza to HK? They have a stunning terrace that we should go 🎠and chill! For the pizzas, this CALZONE il casolare is definitely my favorite out of all. I like stronger flavors ones and the Slightly charred and chewy DOUGHHHHH!!! What’s ur fav 🌟 pizza? HKD 280. Recently also did a client event there at a terrace - SUPER attentive service and they let us rearrange the tables so that my clients can walk around

Some feedback from our visit to Kytlay HK tonight : We arrived at 7ish and the restaurant was very quiet, we asked to sit on a specific table outside and were told the table wasn’t suitable for 2 people- it was placed for 4 people. 10minutes after a party of 2 sat at the table. I passed this feedback onto our waiter who told the management team. Rather than explaining the situation themselves the management sent the waiter back to explain that the party had booked that exact table for 4 and now

Definitely one of the best pizzeria around town. The fillings are of supreme quality and although they are famous for their dough, I prefer thinner crusts. Unfortunately the pizza was cold which brings me to the next main problem: service. It was appalling... slow, not organised, short handed, lack of trained staff.Food in general was good, the setting and ambiance are fabulous too! Just a real shame that service was close to non existent! 

Came here for lunch with colleagues. We arrived early and got a nice table outdoor at the patio with the perfect weather. When my colleague told me this place won the world’s best pizza award, I was skeptical. However having tried the pizzas, I have to say I was blown away. We ordered 4 pizzas but my favourites are the Scarpetta and Margarita pizzas. Simple ingredients but mastered! Fresh tomato sauce and the aged cheese was soooo good! Yum yum yum! Great service as well. Would definitely come b
