Got my favourite Danish pastries from La Rose Bakery.This time they had slices which are smaller so I chose two.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★Blueberry danish:A perfectly baked danish with sweet custard and blueberries on top.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★Strawberry and peach danish:The strawberry and peach danish tasted better than the blueberry because the tartness of the strawberries and the sweetness of the peach were a great pairing together along with the sweet smooth custard.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★

★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★Mayonnaise and chicken tikka sandwich:I got my favourite sandwich from La Rose Noire Bakery again.The quality of this sandwich varies. Sometimes there is a lot of mayonnaise and sometimes the chicken is dry.This time the chicken was tender and perfect and there was a lot of mayonnaise.The tikka taste was nice and strong and the cucumbers were soothing and balanced out the tikka spices.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★

三月上旬‧有雨不太餓但又想吃一點東西，來一個卡真雞肉卷。看上去不太飽滿，賣相一般。吃起來卻不錯，雞肉嫩滑美味之餘，醬汁香料味豐富而跟雞肉也很配合。如果餅皮不是如斯硬身而可以鬆軟一點就更佳了。

雖然才吃飽,但還是忍不住貪吃的本性,走了去挑麵包看見這個賣相精美的鮮果布甸,在焦糖布甸及鮮果布甸間猶疑了好一陣子,最後選定這賣相更勝一籌的鮮果興沖沖的付完款立即吃,即時有中招了的感覺－－這樣看來蠻酥皮的包,原來真的人如其名,是燉蛋狀的布甸,而這類食品最最最不能忽視的問題,便是必須剛出爐即吃,又或是自行翻熱後吃,而非像我般呆呆的買了一件已放上了一段時間即吃,然後看著水從底層的滑蛋中滲出來,完全倒盡了胃口再美味的食品,遇上不對的時間,還只能是一句可惜了事

As always the bakery is good at La Rose, this time I got the chicken tikka pizza and a dark chocolate muffin.The chicken tikka is the usual tikka flavouring you get in the UK.The base was nice and soft, it was dusted with flour at the bottom.The Chocolate muffin was nice and rich, and not too sweet.

Have had the double chocolate muffin before, but this one for some reason was very yummy! Moist inside with a slightly crunchy top. Not too sweet yet chocolaty enough to satisfy your sweet tooth. Did they change the pastry chef or just me rewarding myself after a long day of work? PS. Buy 2 get 1 free at night!

十二月五日(星期五)是日公司有同事請cake吃!很多款有些white chocolate,blueberry cheesecake,mango cheesecake等等我吃了apple pie,看下去,不夠外面西餅店的吸引吃下去覺得面的apple 有點甜!加多了糖漿!內面的pie底都頗好吃呢!.....香的牛油味!老公仔的mango cheesecake都不錯!但是mango不是當灶所以比較酸!cheeseckae就很吃呢

Actually I asked my friend to go to L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon for cake. I just mentioned the name something like "L..and ..R". I was so disappointed when I saw the packing. My friend is right, it still "L..Roses" but quality .....So Big Different. We 2 have chocolate mousse (fair), chocolate banana cake (ok as Chocolate and banana are perfect match), xx cheesecake (white flower shape with a bit pink color on top, too sweet and artifical favor) and chestnut cake (fair).

The Landmark, 地標是也。是次行完時裝熱點, 係時候去地標朝一朝聖了。我所指的, 不是我喜歡的Paul Smith, 也不是Harvey Nichols, 而是這間超級超級市場。為免腳跛, 決定坐低吃件西餅。這裡的餅是用一個食物盤, 鋪上一張牛油紙作碟, 幾environmental friendly的行為。我選了earl grey mousse, 她要了一件什麼organic ....... 總之是一件在面頭有生果, mousse被白朱古力兜盛著的。身為茶派, 本身幾喜歡喝英式紅茶。可惜一般茶記, 唔係檸茶就奶茶, 對於我的紅茶一定問三問四。earl grey mousse幾挺身, 又不會太"魚膠", 質地唔錯。入口很香澀, 是紅茶的特色也。蛋糕很香濃, 唔似風又唔死實, 幾好, 面頭的小件朱古力餅有畫龍點睛之用。這件餅, 整體完成度很高, 難得難得。朋友的也很香濃, 配著水果同吃, 可減少滯膩感, 惜生果少左d, 所以還吃剩一點。個人認為, 這家甜品完成度幾高, 味道大致唔錯, 價錢相宜, 樣子討好, 係幾抵吃的。

今日0黎買0左件360 Banana Chocolate Mousse Cake 試! 賣相都幾靚, 金字塔型, 個tip 曬0左少少金箔(仲插0左張show 住鋪頭名0既硬卡紙, 上面寫住"This card is not edible, 真搞笑" XD). d mousse 密度好高(似cheesecake...), 蛋糕中間有一粒粒的香蕉, 認真得意. 味道都幾得, 朱古力味好濃, 少少苦, 如果鍾意食dark chocolate 就0岩晒.呢度樣樣都好, 係counter 個黑面外籍女人差少少0者!
