de Joel Robuchon海鹽焦糖咖啡第一次飲外賣嘅蘿蔔爽咖啡，咖啡味濃郁，冇酸澀口感，順滑帶焦糖香甜味，有微微嘅hazelnut 乾果香氣，甜味較重，海鹽鹹味唔係咁突出，但係海鹽就比咗好豐富嘅口感，而牛奶好creamy，飲完夠飽可以頂幾粒鐘。一杯咖啡原來都可以有咁多嘢加落去整色整水，而且咁多種不同味道都相互配合，真係色香味俱全。雖然係貴，值得耐不耐飲杯嚟打賞自己，一啖入口感覺真美好。咖啡水準比Starbucks又係另外一個層次。

Each pastry was held by a separate paper bag. We finished them on the next day.Almond croissant is big with lots of almond slices on the surface. It was still a bit crispy and flavourful yet not so sweet. Yummy.Chocolate danish was much less yummy. There was little chocolate sauce inside and the pastry itself was not so crispy. XXL Cinnamon Ring-Le Salon De Thé de Joël Robuchon呢款Cinnamon Ring好搶手㗎，上次都係訂購咗先有，今次試吓碰碰運氣，點知未賣晒喎😌睇外表已經好吸引，大大件🤪未打開已經好大陣玉桂味，表面沾滿糖漿，令到外型更加吸引，返到去可以焗返熱食，都可以放到一至兩日😙麵包好鬆軟，焗返熱食仲係表面脆脆架😗如果有興趣可以提早預訂啦

今日到IFC 行街，發現這cafe 有set lunch, 這set lunch 比原店平一半，三道菜$428，便試一下。麵包種類沒有原店多，但同樣可口是日餐湯是南瓜湯這南瓜湯口感絲滑，稠厚度剛剛好，唔會太厚身，也不會太水汪汪，味道香甜，有濃郁嘅南瓜味，十分Creamy可口。香烤蘆筍配帕爾馬火腿腿及法式雞蛋沙律配黑松露汁這蘆筍的口感非常嫩滑柔軟，沙律味道清爽，就是鹹香的帕爾馬火腿腿配上芝士碎及雞蛋沙律，配上雅淡的黑松露汁，有D吃早餐的感覺。香煎海鱸魚柳配時令蔬菜配法式檸檬牛油汁這鱸魚煎到表面香脆，魚肉保持嫩滑，加上法式檸檬牛油汁吊味，味道清新清爽。香烤肉眼扒配馬鈴薯+$80這肉眼扒份量十足，有帶脂肪的部分，帶些牛脂香，肉質軟嫩有肉味，啖啖肉，加上幼滑的薯蓉，不錯。朱古力慕絲配堅果這朱古力慕絲口感實在，有牛奶朱古力風味，味道唔太甜，加上什莓和脆脆，口感無咁平板，整體感覺平平。Cappuccino 這咖啡風味比較中规中舉，有燕麥奶香，但咖啡味比較淡口，口感是水感，正常水平。

I just ordered my breakfast at the counter, waiter asked: take out or eat in? I said take out, then paid a straight to the restaurant side.. I asked the manager if I can sit here and wait for my take away (an almost empty restaurant @10am) he said: you cannot, restaurant area is not for waiting for take away! I was like 😳… then I walked out.. feeling a bit odd.. then the manager came out again n said : u can come in n wait since there are still minutes for your food (maybe realizing what he hv done) .. hence I respond: no thank you, I m scared… What kind of service is this ? I almost want to ditch my order cos really dun wanna stand there! Even a local 茶餐廳 can provide better service !
