It all happened on Monday lunch time.
Me and my colleague were already expected to wait for more than half hour since it’s the first week of their opening. So we lineup around 12:30 and we already told the staff we were not going to sit at outdoor. However, we found that they have reserved at least 5 tables for their internal staff and KOL during this peak hour. KOLs kept coming in while we have already wait for almost an hour…I totally understand the importance of promoting the new store but I think you guys have a very bad arrangement this time. I strongly suggest the marketing team or PR agency arrange the KOL section wisely, at least limit the head count per section. Anyways, it was around 13:10 and finally we are the next team to get a table so we asked the staff how long should we still need to wait for. And she replied “1 hour”…I really don’t think this is what I expected to hear especially we have waited for so long. I really think NOC should provide more training to the staff not only on operational but also the correct attitude . What she replied totally makes us very angry. We end up volunteered to sit outside cause we don’t have much time left especially she said we need to wait one more hour to get a table inside….which makes no sence.
