One standout dish was the Paccheri Ragout, which was hands down one of the best pastas I’ve had in Hong Kong. The pasta was perfectly cooked, and the rich, flavorful ragout complemented it beautifully, creating a comforting yet sophisticated dish.Equally impressive was the roasted cod. The skin was deliciously crispy, providing a satisfying contrast to the juicy, tender meat underneath. It was a dish that showcased the chef’s skill and attention to detail.To round off the meal, I indulged in the tiramisu, which was nothing short of perfection. It struck the right balance of taste and texture, avoiding the common pitfall of being overly soggy. Each bite was a delightful mix of coffee and cream, leaving me wanting more.Each set also comes with amazing appetisers, including a vegetable and miso minestrone, mixed salad, and culatello ham and melon. But the most surprising one of all was the Seaweed Zeppola, which is something I’ve never even heard of, let alone try. It tastes like fried mochi, which a crispy skin and a chewy interior. Overall, Onda is a must-visit spot for anyone looking to enjoy exquisite Mediterranean cuisine in a charming setting. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or simply want to enjoy a fantastic meal, this restaurant is sure to impress.

最愛便是周末瞓到自然醒,不用趕住食早餐,仲可以約朋友食週末早午餐,琴日瞓到12點不用多講,就同好朋友去中上環搵食,咁啱見到呢間 ONDA,朋友平時中午放飯時來食晏,一個餐約百幾$200,仲話食物都唔錯,依家見佢門口有易支拉架寫住$298有海鮮週末早午餐,見到好抵下就去試試喇!入到店內義大利藉的老闆 Mattia Di Renzo,就話呢個名為「Palombar」週末早午餐,是以義大利文「深海潛水員」為主題,所以都集合了不少海鮮類,仲話大廚喜用新鮮海鮮和時令蔬菜作配搭,前菜就有新鮮即開生蠔,不過今次就無點生蠔,反而今次食齊6款前菜,而呢度主菜是六選一,就試了兩款主菜,整體來講好滿意,無錯的話,下個月會再來食多一次,因為無限時又坐得好舒服,當然會番單再來喇!Mxed salad, fresh tuna carpaccio, mango and balsamic vinegar sauce全新「Palombar」早午餐,前菜有芒果吞拿魚薄片將新鮮吞拿魚切成薄片,伴以香甜芒果,最後加入意大利黑醋醬作點綴,味道酸甜開胃,完美昇華吞拿魚的鮮甜。Cauliflower Zeppole便是一款意式經典香脆小吃,這款香炸椰菜花 入口外帶微脆,內裡煙韌有咬感,層次豐富,口感真不錯。Saffron rice balls polpette tomato sauce and parmesan 義式番紅花燴飯包著水牛芝士和青豆,揉成球狀後裹上麵包粉油炸而成,芝味香濃,放在以新鮮番茄煮成的濃郁醬汁上,吃時蘸點番茄醬同吃,絕對是完美的組合。Selection of Artisan cold集合義式的凍肉冷盤,包括了義大利風乾肉腸、風乾火腿和巴馬火腿,由於是看貨源,所以每次也略有不同。Creamy burrata with tomatoes and basil pesto外皮是「mozzarella 水牛芝士」, 內層是「stracciatella 芝士cream」。 切開後芝士全數流出,濃濃的乳香, 配埋清甜的番茄及義大利羅勒青醬同吃,更添滋味。Minestrone miso soup義大利雜菜湯雜菜湯內集合了冬菇、粟米、香菇、紅蘿蔔及多款蔬菜同煮,入口湯味超濃及好清甜。Spaghetti Carbo with mix seafood卡邦尼海鮮意粉客人便有六款可供客人自選一款,主菜中任選其一,這裡的招牌是Spaghetti Carbo with mix seafood,即是卡邦尼海鮮意粉,在傳統卡邦尼意粉中加入新鮮海鮮,盡顯地中海風情,再加上櫻花蝦入口帶出淡淡的鹹香與酥脆感,有別於坊間一般的卡邦尼意粉,試過令人再三回味,成為這裡的招牌主菜之一,絕對是有原因。Penne Vodka with pink sauce smoked Norwegian salmon and caviar另一款令人心動的主菜,便是三文魚伏特加番茄長通粉,大廚使用魚子醬和挪威煙燻三文魚,烹煮過程中,在番茄醬和布拉塔忌廉,加入少許伏特加,讓醬汁更香濃,令人垂涎三尺。享美食當然要有美酒相伴,現在只需另加港幣$158,即可任飲紅酒、白酒及啤酒2小時。為了滿足甜品迷的渴望,現在只需另加港幣$98,即可享無限任添任食多款經典意式甜品,精選義式甜品包括合桃忌廉蛋糕、巧克力熔岩蛋糕、水果奶凍、巧克力慕斯、士多啤梨意式芝士蛋糕、蘋果派、水果塔、檸檬芝士蛋糕、黑巧克力泡芙等,款式琳瑯滿目,為豐盛的週末早午餐畫上完美句號。餐廳樓底特高,座位又舒服,還可上環日與夜不同的街景,讓人能放空心情盡情享受美食。
