家庭聚餐，突然間想食西餐，就揀咗屋企附近嘅扒房。Outback算係澳洲扒房代表，所以唔係好精緻嘅類別，但好處係份量一定多，一定夠食。例如今次叫咗個$2000嘅斧頭牛扒餐，話就話係四人食，其實六個人都夠。首先呢個斧頭牛扒非常大份，意外地好食，成熟到燒得啱啱好。嚟Outback有個特色就係飲品。喺度叫茶水可樂等等嘅飲品，雖然單點要$32，但可以任意refill。除此以外，呢度嘅黑糖麵包亦都可以任意refill。其他嘢食方面，我最鍾意係佢個白汁意粉。另外佢嘅薄餅、小食拼盤同沙律亦都唔錯，幾大份。

咋晚為家人慶視生日飯，其實已一年冇去，點知現在水準好差，首先黎的餐湯全是不熱，好hea比客人，我認為因套餐包括的，然後rib eye steak質量差，煎出嚟仲唔掂，唔知點收$375價錢，面包蟹魚更難食，所以整餐鈑都忙善跟伙記理論咁，不是一餐享受生日飯的感覺，差評，一定不會再幫襯，也不需再做什麼會員吧！

第一次食Outback 牛扒有啲硬（叫咗7成熟），有啲失望畢竟係專食牛扒嘅餐廳🥲至於薯片，好薄好脆，唔錯👍🏻唔會太油膩，食落去有啲香脆感，啲菜方面冇乜味就係煮熟嘅菜，冇乜特別驚喜，可能係因為冇加調味料，食起黎有啲失色。義大利麵幾好食🫰🏻😋！另外，佢地嘅黑糖麵包係任食！呢個麵包食落去帶住淡淡嘅黑糖香氣，食完主菜之後，可以食埋呢個甜品。📍Outback Steakhouse (將軍澳)將軍澳唐德街9號將軍澳中心G樓G43號舖

The one I went to is in Tseung Kwan O Park Central. It is located inside the shopping mall, so it is easy for parking and there is free parking for a certain spending limit. Also it is easy to access there by MTR Tseung Kwan O Station Exit B2. They have lift going up and down to different level, so wheelchair is ok too. There is no restroom inside the restaurant and have to use the one in the mall but they are clean & nice. The ambience is good, clean & comfortable inside the restaurant. Food presentation is good and the food quality is good too except the ribs. The steak is generally great. We ordered the Angus rib eye and it is very tender. The taste is great too… Pork is also good, salmon is great and salad is fresh. The ribs are too dry and the meat is not tender enough. Flavor is ok. They do charge corkage and cake cutting fyi… The price in the menu is relatively high to me for this kind of restaurant.

見到Outback越來越少分店，都有啲擔心會冇咗呢間餐廳，所以點都要上嚟寫下食評，希望佢唔好執得咁快我食咗Outback好多年，其實喺Outback之前係鍾情於某一間星期二餐廳，不過覺得麗的牛扒質素越嚟越差，價錢亦不便宜，所以，便開始食Outback，一食壽司被它的芝士薯條及黑糖包所吸引，不過，最好味的，還是他的牛扒。他不只是有牛扒可以選擇，還可以選擇牛扒沙律，我個人覺得這個份量都好夠，而且亦比較有均衡的營養。希望這間分店能夠存在久一點，能夠有多些人欣賞他的好。
