從SSG食評，得知譚臣道剛開了一家貓頭鷹咖啡，中午就走了過去。Owl Cafe 在滿滿茶餐廳旁，並沒有懸掛招牌，只在入口處牆上貼有店名和一張貓頭鷹圖畫 。推門而入，店內幾乎八成滿座，一張大圓枱坐滿了客人。幸而，一旁靠牆高枱仍有3個空位，而角落則剩下一個人坐的梳化位，小妹揀了後者。奇怪的是，所有人都是在吃飯飲湯的。一問，始知咖啡店與滿滿茶餐廳乃同一老闆，客人可選吃兩間食肆的食物。感覺怪怪的，這也叫Cafe嗎？店內牆上掛有可愛小擺設，貓頭鷹蹤跡處處可見，旋轉鐵馬隨風不停轉，天花板懸掛的燈飾和月亮裝飾也蠻別緻的。只是，嘈雜的環境，再配上大圓枱，飯香陣陣，卻不聞咖啡香，有點怪怪的！早餐吃得像乞丐，午餐只想來杯熱茶配蛋糕而矣！問侍應要來了一份Owl Cafe餐單。食物選擇不算太多元化，有咖啡，朱古力，西式熱茶花茶，中式熱茶和甜品提供，售價由$15-$45不等。每日精選布丁套餐$35，包鮮果布丁一杯和西式熱茶一杯。小妹要了一杯甘菊椴薰衣草茶配芒果朱古力慕絲木糠布丁$35。甘菊椴薰衣草茶入口陣陣柔和的薰衣草香，呷下頗為清新醒神，甘菊卻黯然失色。芒果朱古力慕絲布糠布丁整體稱不上鮮香誘人，切粒芒果香甜軟
