We ordered two pizzas tonight. One was cheese and one was the "tuna special island." I have had the "tuna special island" three times in my workplace. I told my friends it was delicious. Well, pizza box made me look like a liar. They did not make the pizza as it claims to be made on the menu and as I have had it before. Firstly, there was no thousand island dressing. Worst of all the tuna was rotten - blotchy in color and smelling putrid. It was late at night so we didn't want them to fix it we just wanted to call to let them know it is made incorrectly (perhaps they don't want to send out rotten pizzas and would like to correct the mistake for the future). I called from the same phone number I had ordered from and the woman who answered said "ha-llo.... closing closing.... closing" and hung up. She did not even bother to speak in full sentences (or perhaps she was not able as English is her second language, which would be a bit less rude). Moreover, it seems she may be aware of the mistake and just doesn't want to confront it. But it was not closing time yet as per the website. So I called back, hoping another employee may answer... I was in shock at how unprofessional someone could be. She answered again and said "hello cannot hear you" (although she had no problem hearing me from this same phone when I ordered the pizza) and hung up. Then I called a third time and she answered and said "bye" and hung up. Very immature. They send out rotten pizzas and do not care. Shameful. They are really living up to all the negative stereotypes I have heard about the service in Hong Kong. From now on we will stick to the more modern pizza restaurants here in Hong Kong like Pizza Express and Paisanos. They have never made such mistakes and seem to work hard rather than mess around.
