It's a big shout, but I'm putting it out there... Best pizza place in Hong Kong for a few reasons.Firstly, the pizza is delicious. As returning customers, we like the chicken kebab pizza and also the spinach pizza which has a spinach base as opposed to regular tomato. Stick some chicken on top and its awesome.Another thing to mention is the people who run the place. 店舖位於吳松街 好多美食店舖都位於附近 但因為門面比較暗及心理因素 平日搵野食經過都唔敢入去今次因為同朋友二人收工食飯 想搵D抵食的店舖 無意中openrice search到去到門口先知係平日食飯都會經過的位置兩個人 一共落左以下order煎momo(4件)beef ribs(half)8" pizza(medium)兩杯啤酒Pizza 有幾個size選擇 因為只有兩人就揀左最細的8" medium厚但其實medium厚的批已經比pizza hut的薄而本人本身鐘意薄批 所以好岩口味而服務都好好 好有禮貌 只係店面比較細 所以多人的聚會就唔岩去 最好2-5個

原先今日因為來自星星的感染想去食韓國菜, 但 5:15 在尖沙咀三角公廁開始上去金巴利道路經李家, 喜來稀肉, RED CHICKEN 的門前分別已有 30-50 人排隊, 非常誇張!!! 我地當然唔會傻仔咁係度等啦  後來肥仔話想食扒, 咁就打算去佐敦牛屋試吓, 但到牛屋門前又左諗右諗, 再行前左幾步見到有間尼泊爾人開的 PIZZA 外賣店, 但原來旁邊有堂食的, 望吓佢個 MENU 都好吸引, 而且係玻璃窗見佢地整嘅 PIZZA 都好靚, 就決定在此一試.望入店內空間比較細, 只有 5 張小檯, 但已滿坐, 大概等了5-10 分鐘左右就有位了. 我們在等位時已鎖定叫咩食物, 但眼見隔離檯嘅燒豬仔骨好正, 但可惜我同肥仔2個人又食唔晒咁多野, 所以最後我都係叫返我地原定選好兩樣菜式:1. 卡拜尼意粉呢樣係肥仔嘅飛弗, 一嚟到肥仔已經攞起隻叉, 等我相機一食完就開動, 佢食完第一啖就向到擰擰頭冇表情咁......我就問佢: , 佢就豎起隻手指公話好正, 叫我快D試吓! 我一試感覺好 creamy 味道好香濃, 一定有下次! 2. 煙三文魚配芝士千島醬 PIZZA (Small 8")

Pizza Max $58 團購二人餐有兩份pizza, 兩杯汽水，而最吸引的要算是兩件印度烤雞。可惜所謂的兩件印度烤雞原來只是兩隻雞鎚，味道沒有印度食肆般惹味，可能是沒有那麼鹹吧! 店員解釋這是為了迎合各方口味，喜歡鹹一點的可酌量加鹽，真是用心良苦， 可惜便失卻了印度本色。 既是好東西又何需刻意遷就别人的口味呢！Pizza 的用料並不豐富，而且已待了很久，味道大打折扣，負責人似乎看透我的心意，一句「點呀，味道如何？」打開了話題，我亦將我的感受和盤托出，他說那時正值下 午，營運較少之故，他推薦了新鮮的挪威三文魚薄餅，要我下次和家人來試試..... 回家將拿走的薄餅烤熱，味道還可以啊! 不過改進的空間亦有不少，樂見其成，暫不推介了!

作為開飯捧場客，過去我只會藉openrice遍尋美食，寫食評卻是第一次…都是懶的原故吧…自以為非常熟悉佐敦的美食（主打非集團式老字號）：廟街煲仔飯、六榕仙館素食、牛屋鋸扒、峇里餐廳印尼菜、佑寧堂西式美食…上星期四讓我們再有新發現！朋友C逛了兩條街後建議試試新餐廳，Pizza Max主打外賣，故餐廳座位只能容納16人左右，我們一行五人叫了中東包（+$配雞肉）、海鮮意大利飯、燒豬仔骨、Texas Pizza…最後忍唔住叫多隻招牌烤雞 中東包味道ok，但唔多夠五人分，試叫其它食物吧 意大利飯其實幾好食，不過份量亦較少，而我地有五隻大食怪… 之後就到重點：由小弟負責拆件分享既燒豬仔骨，意想不到地容易！鬆軟程度與Dan Ryan's相近...必食推介!!!Texas Pizza 又係必食推介!!! Sour Cream+酸甜醬面，令食物再加10分!!!廚師指出招牌烤雞細細隻的原因，是保持食物質量…當我拆件時，確實如他所說：皮脆肉鬆軟！享受了豐富既美食，後半時後包場分享，實在滿足！但實在擔心這類有質素的餐廳如何在眾多食肆中生存？吳松街過去還有一間康樂茶餐廳極受街坊客歡迎，年多沒去便已受貴租影

平時星期日經過呢間小店，下晝又好，夜晚又好，都唔覺有人幫襯。今次星期二夜晚，七點去到諗住都冇乜人。點知坐滿晒，剩返張出菜位隔離嘅面壁枱，女朋友話冇問題，咁就照坐。不過舖面細細，一間舖面百幾二百呎嘅空間，坐咗接近廿個人，其實都幾迫吓。呢廿幾個人，由一個識廣東話嘅尼泊爾女仔侍應，落單執枱水吧斟水上菜一腳踢，仍然綽綽有餘。好，點咗四個菜，包括有餃子、同事同女友都推介嘅雞翼、沙律同埋8吋薄底薄餅。呢度嘅薄餅有三種呎吋，同埋厚底薄低任君選擇，咁我哋兩個人唔大食，自然叫個最細最薄啦。點完菜，侍應小姐見我哋冇叫嘢飲，轉個頭都入去水吧斟兩杯水比我哋，服務都算唔差。等咗幾十幾分鐘，第一道菜上枱。雞肉餃子有分蒸同煎兩種。我哋兩個咁啱病病哋，叫咗個蒸嘅。蒸嘅配咗個蕃茄醬。可惜，乜醬都唔點，剩食蕃茄醬配餃子，結果係雞肉冇味，茄醬都冇乜味。結果係！呢碟雞翼棒連同事都推介，斷估冇失手。事實係，唔點中間嘅醬，入口已經咁香滿腔，又唔會燒到好似柴皮咁冇晒juicy，食完一隻又一隻……見到隔離大枱叫咗全隻燒雞，其實都幾吸引，人多時候真係想嚟試返隻！再嚟就係牛油果沙律。可能係隻醬嘅味唔突出，所以呢碟沙律我最記得嘅就只有牛油

買左團購二人餐55蚊，成日都想同朋友一齊食，總係有十萬個原因推遲，竟然擒晚心血來潮就去試下。夜晚八點幾去到，店面睇落似係外賣店，原來旁邊間小舖都係佢地，咁先知道原來得我地兩個，連朋友都話我地包左個場，可能餐廳係新開。一入到去有個好親切的印度小姐侍應，佢好有耐性介紹比我地知薄餅餡料同小食的種類，由於我地都係唔多明佢講邊兩種雞肉，就一於試下唔辣果種。Pizza選擇只係雞喎! 只分辣同唔辣，我地怕辣，當然要唔辣啦! 薄餅賣相一般，仲話係14吋特長 Pizza ，真係唔覺攞，細細件咁，朋友食完都唔夠喉，芝士味唔濃，我亦食唔到所謂雞肉，唔掂!雞翅棒就乾到好似皺晒皮的雞，一D雞肉汁都冇，超難食。唯一我覺得值得欣賞只有尼泊爾餃子，我之前都食過，水準同之前餐廳食過大同小異，因為呢款餃子都幾似我地食開D中國或日式餃子，仲配以茄汁蘸尼泊爾餃子，都幾醒胃。套餐包杯汽水，我同朋友都揀左檸茶，似係雀巢檸檬茶果種，不過甜左D。朋友結果都係唔夠食，叫多件夏威夷薄餅18蚊，有菠蘿都幾開胃，不過味道都係一般。結論，朋友都覺得呢度唔多抵食，佐敦實在有太多選擇，價錢都便宜，套餐正價為39蚊又唔夠飽，又唔好食，真係一次就夠~
