We ordered by delivery via Food Panda during lunch time of Tuen Ng Festival (Dragon Boat Festival) on May 30. The delivery arrived about 10 minutes early. So it was unlikely that the pizzas were affected by delivery.We had a Box of Margherita, and one slice each of Truffle and Potato & Pesto.The pizzas tasted bad. Their bottoms were tough and dry. The cheese had strange texture. Either they were left-overs from the day before, or the chef was poorly trained that his pizzas tasted like left-

The pizzas tasted bad. Their bottoms were tough and dry. The cheese had strange texture. Either they were left-overs from the day before, or the chef was poorly trained that his pizzas tasted like left-overs. Over the years, I have had a good share of left-over pizzas so I think this was the case. Refrigeration dries out the bottom of the dough and alters the textures of the cheese.
It is however possible that the chef mis-managed the oven and left the pizzas in a turned-off oven and dried out the bottoms. But that is less likely.
More than half of the order were left untouched. Our pizza-lovers don't like them. And I have had to have those for lunch and breakfasts. They taste more normal when they are steamed before re-baking.
It was very disappointing given the good reviews for the PizzaPala Admiralty store. I may be tempted in the future to try one slice from the Admiralty store. But we will not order from PizzaPala Kowloon Tong ever again. The quality control is bad. This was a bad experience.
