8-9-2009對中環「梗有一間喺左近」的「星記疑似咖啡專門店」算得上「恨之入骨」, 免得過又唔會幫襯連鎖食店, 不過凡事都有例外, 而Pret 就係其中一間我幾喜歡的連鎖店.是日 lunch 時間緊迫, 到地鐵站分店買了 California Crayfish Salad Wrap (好似 $36) 速食... 呢個 wrap 用 tortilla 捲住紫菜, 紫菜入面又有 crayfish, avocado, roquette 辣菠菜, 青瓜, 檸檬汁, 普通 mayo 及 wasabi mayo 撈埋一堆的, 食落帶幾刺鼻的 wasabi 味, 仲有幾鮮甜肉又爽的 crayfish 肉, 加埋大量夠晒新鮮的 roquette 及青瓜, 好食. 唯一唔太喜歡就係較硬實的 tortilla, 及捲喺入面所以腍了唔少的紫菜.近 $40 一個 wrap, 唔平, 但比起三十幾蚊一杯的星記「疑似咖啡」, 呢個 wrap 抵得多, 會繼續幫襯的.

Went in for a quick bite in this Pret in Central MTR station.Summer Salmon & Egg ($22)Labelled with a green "New for Summer", it consists of Norwegian smoked salmon, 1 whole hard boiled egg, mayo, horseradish mayo, seasoning, cucumber and roquette on wholegrain bread. Glad that they used sliced hard boiled eggs for the sandwich instead of egg mayo (I HATE egg mayo). However the salmon was on the stingy side. The veggies were fresh and green, making it a refreshing sandwich for the summer heat.Ho

之前最愛佢地既rocket crab fish sandwiches, 不過依家唔多覺佢有得買. 所以我轉了食mango sandwiches. mango sandwiches 係好在夠甜唔會太淋& 次次買到既sandwiches都唔會有soggy既情況 (比起我向central第2d地方買既好好多). 另外推介,blueberry yogurt 及carrot juice <- carrot juice 真係無渣及不會分開有小還水, 果汁還果汁既情況, 雖然貴小小不過真係好正.

Pret的曲奇由什麼時候引起我的注意?大概是pret賣廣告介紹cookies是很健康時!!!!不過愛曲奇的人又哪會理會健康呢今次經過pret時都總會有衝動買下一塊!!!一吃下去就感受到是暖的, 新鮮的味道剛好, 不太甜也不油膩. 新鮮即焗也不過賣$6 ($22/4)!!!!好味

唔知大家有冇聽過"觀賞用花茶"呢?即係一落水就會開既花，杯茶仲可以飲既~ 今日黎左呢度買三文治食，每次行過都過門不入...因為真係幾貴.....今日心情唔好當然要食好d獎勵自己...... 呢度係self-service既~行埋食物櫃拎左自己想要既野就埋去一行過既收銀處俾錢，同我收錢既係外國staff，冇留意有冇本地人o係度做野~佢好有禮貌咁問我要唔要soup/coffee or tea ~不過半份三文治我都夠飽lu~ 睇左好耐都唔知買咩好...有sandwich, wraps, salad, yogurt....好整齊排哂o係度，staff都不時出黎整返好d野食~樣樣都好靚攪到心大心細呀! 結果...o係菠菜小龍蝦三文治同全天候早餐三文治中間要左全天候早餐三文治! 全天候早餐其實即係All Day Breakfast~買佢係因為入面既料都係我好鐘意既~有雞蛋、蛋黃醤(mayo)、香腸、脆煙肉，蕃茄同雜菜!!其實幾年前食過呢隻之後一試難忘，不過細個唔捨得食.....今日食返真係好滿足~ 呢度既三文治係用多穀麵包~所以有好多穀籽，增加左香味同咬口其他配料都係店方所指咁..好新鮮既~所以呢

Got no time for a proper lunch. So hurrily bought some sandwiches from here. This is my favourite place for sandwiches. 我看過好多食評都話Yoghurt Breakfast Bowl 好好食、其他地方揾唔到。今日早餐就來試–試。又係幾好食喎！啲食家真係無介紹錯。入口好rich但唔感覺肥，配士多啤梨醬好清新。再加哩granola好有口感。有fiber對腸胃好...值得打破平日歺旦通做早餐嘅習慣，2009年頭開始做過健康人！不過價錢略貴...

以往我食開既煙三文魚蛋沙律由10蚊變成14蚊。d 料仲好似少左…… 不過味道仍然好食三文魚唔太鹹，蛋沙律的味都ok早餐14蚊得個包都算貴囉.....但係好食就係真既但係睇黎我下次到中環都未必會再食……因為真係有點貴而唔飽肚用黎support 下個胃都仲夠既。

I always enjoy the food at Pret since my studies in UK. In there, Pret is like 7-11 in Hong Kong. You can see them in every corners of the streets.I think the food and services here are better than UK. Everytime I come to this shop, I feel very welcomed by the friendly staff. 27-sep-08 3:30pm今早的"錯誤決擇"令我飽滯至下午.想食一點酸性東西開開胃, pret 的 yogurt 是經常sold out 的, 幸好今次來到時間尚早!最好味的, 是有 cereal +plain yogurt + strawberry jam 的口味. 貪其可以分開3層食, 又可以 blend 埋一齊. 脆脆穀物很有麥香, plain yogurt 可以再酸一點更好!食完開心晒又開胃晒!!

我差不多每朝都會係度買早餐(latte + sandwich) $28, 開始個時鍾意食早餐baguette set ($36), 係來唔知點解無左tuna, 而家諗返應該係將貨就價. 今日去買早餐發現個set 加價由$28 變左$32, 加左$4..成14%!!!!

又係無時間食飯，唯有買份三文治食。Roast Beef~用麥包，咬起上黎無咁寡；有成兩、三片牛肉，有肉味，唔會韌；中間d菜都好新鮮，配合一齊個味又幾match；仲有就係個sauce，份量適中，唔會多到流出黎，令食o個陣唔洗狼狽。

早前看KC兄的食評, 諗真d, 身邊個個朋友讀呢間舖頭的名字都不同。月頭的埋數日, 在離開時, 覺得一隻生蠔唔夠喉, 吃多半份三文治都好喎。覺得pret a manger的調味是另一standardized的代表, 可是standardized得來是頗合我口胃的。最喜歡的芒果味沒有了,選擇也不多, 便從牛肉及煙肉中選了前者。三文治是沒飛邊的, 個人就較喜歡飛邊的三文治。餡是多得來, 仲冇乾爭爭的感覺, 汁醬都夾得幾好吃。盒裝設計十分方便站著吃的人, 餡料及汁料是多得來又唔會整到成手係, 是幾好。當然, 港式滿瀉鮮牛蛋治我都好鍾意架。在俾錢前也問了服務員MARTA店名點讀, 她也很樂意教我, 仲話個名一d都唔難讀添! 梗係啦, 我都覺得我個中文名唔難讀喎!大家跟我讀一次: Preta-mag-nor.
