Where else can you find a private dining space with free corkage and roast beef done to perfection? Run by husband and wife team, both very friendly. They include other dishes, but to be honest, there is no room in my stomach other than for the beef. We ordered the 14lb US Prime Holstein ribeye. I like ribeye cos of the fat. One friend explained that Holstein was actually the black and white cows you see in cartoons. Another friend who couldn’t take spicy did mention that there was too much pepper, but I guess she could just scrape away the excess. It was not cheap though, so better to get as many people to go as possible.

First time going, I must say chef Jeremy’s prime rib is one of the best in Hong Kong.Our host chose the Roast US Prime Black Angus Ribeye and a nice mix of appetizers + sides. If you have the headcount, a must try place.We started with Winglets / Bread and NZ clams.Next was the star of the show - the prime rib. It took the chef 8 hours to make this perfect edge to edge effect. No gray ring, red to red edge perfection.They also do delivery so check out their social media page.

外賣+送貨!放咗係到仲成個鐘都係熱的!👍🏻抗疫關係,一次又一次cancelled booking! 但係真係好想試吓佢哋呢隻Prime ribeye囉!於是同事就order咗去我屋企一齊食,仲有side dishes可以order埋!正!👏🏻👏🏻Prime ribeye,火喉控制得非常之好。外皮又夠味,肉又滑。我哋cut完lady cuts, then man cuts...舊肉仲剩低一半🤦♀️(最衰係我,準備咗太多starters。食飽晒先嚟食main)。終於食咗兩日!😂😂Yorkshire pudding 係絕配!其餘配菜(creamed spinach & corn), 有待改善!Mashed potatoes....都ok. 配茶收費比較貴!如果你有大party,個個又係食肉獸!呢舊Prime ribeye一定受歡迎!

Hands down the best roast beef in Hong Kong and in the top one or two I've ever had anywhere in the world!This private kitchen tucked away in a slightly inconvenient part of HK is definitely worth the trek.The main focus is roast beef and there are a few different types to choose from - We went for the US Prime Holstein Bone-in Ribeye. The meal comes with a simple (but great) fresh sourdough and salad appetiser and full fixings of corn on the cob, potatoes, greens and fresh fruit to finish but you can add more appetisers and desserts from their menu (we added marrow and a salted creme caramel). There are some other non beef main course options in case anyone in your party doesn't not eat beef but they will be missing out! You are essentially sitting in the kitchen so will get to see your lovely beef as it is finishing in the oven and the chefs are lovely people who will chat to you about how they prepared it and anything else about the dinner.You will need to book ahead and you will need to gather up a crew to go as there is a minimum amount of people needed in order to book. For that, you will get the place to yourself and there is no corkage so this is a great place to go with fellow carnivores for a wonderful night out!
