I recently visited Tell Camellia to try their innovative take on non-alcoholic tea cocktails. Knowing I'm a coffee lover, their drinks intrigued me.Tell Camellia is consistently recognized as one of the top bars in Hong Kong. In 2022, they were named to Asia's 50 Best Bars list, cementing their status as leaders in the industry.I decided to start with the "House Classics" flight, which included five mini cocktails ranging from Ranch of Punch, Teapresso Martini, Tea Sea, Oolong Old Fashioned, Tea's Knees. The flavors were well-balanced and complex, showcasing how tea can be mixed in sophisticated cocktails. I was impressed at how the tea complemented rather than masked the coffee flavors. My favorite by far was the Teapresso Martini.Tell Camellia's staff are clearly passionate about tea. They were happy to discuss what types of tea were used in each drink and make recommendations based on my preferences.The relaxed and stylish atmosphere made it a great spot to linger over my drinks. I'll definitely be returning to explore more options on their menu, especially if they showcase tea in unexpected ways like the Teapresso Martini. It's the perfect place to discover new non-alcoholic beverage concepts and deserves its industry recognition.

呢間係亞洲排名榜頭百位嘅酒吧之一🍸飲品同食物配搭得出色 有清新嘅感覺👏🏻每杯酒都有茶底 比起坊間嘅酒 多左份回甘 |Tall Pine ($128)|Tea Sea ($138)|Chicken karaage ($90)|Fries ($80)Tall Pine底下有開關制 發光效果好吸睛👀呢款酒濃度唔算高 紫蘇葉味道較重 Tea Sea玄米茶茶底非常香濃 煥然一新🍵另外散發柚子清香 有伏特加 米酒濃度較高炸雞唔油膩鎖住肉汁 配自制蛋黃醬鹹甜並重薯條價錢都幾進取😹幸好份量多調味都正常

好耐無出酒吧文🤪呢間近年都係Asia's Best Bars排行榜頭百位,係石板街轉入巷仔,再行到尾落樓梯先到,真係Hidden Gem,主打茶溝酒既Teatails🥹▪️Fat Fat High (8/10)💲128賣相好似杯冰水咁平平無奇,聞落係Tequila陣煙熏味,介紹話加左啲鴨油,但大概係連同蜂花粉、抹茶、茉莉花茶桃梳打,入口完全係清爽Type,唔會有半絲既膩😳▪️Tea Time (6/10)💲128面頭層Foam比較油膩,個底有紅莓、白茶、Vodka,飲落有啲藥水,唔太啱口味🧪▪️Darjeeling Sour (7.5/10)💲128加左幾滴Basil Oil,個底係大吉嶺紅茶、青蘋果、Gin,感覺係偏清新既Pesto味,仲會有啲微辣餘韻🌶️▪️Tall Pine (8/10)💲128個底係冷泡煎茶、Pine、Gin、Tonic,不過飲落都係紫蘇葉味為重,感覺都幾Fresh🌿▪️Teapresso Martini (9/10)💲138聞落係微微既開心果味,飲落重Hojicha同Cocoa味既Vodka,全體一致認同係MVP😍▪️Fries (7.5/10)💲80估唔到呢度連小食都有驚喜,佐酒一流🤭好大既一盤薯條,食到尾都仲係好脆身🍟▪️Chicken Karaage (7.5/10)💲90炸漿同雞肉唔算好貼服,但肉質都嫩滑,配上惹味Spicy Mayo Sauce,個醬絕對加分🐔▪️Mac & Cheese (8.5/10)💲100迷你煎Pan保溫一流,入口熱辣辣,每粒通粉口感都彈牙,話用上五種芝士,咬落去滿口鹹香超滿足🧀🔎 整體評分(8/10)

📺YouTube: Man爆少女去完台灣試INDULGE Bistro以茶為based嘅cocktail返到香港即刻要try try曾經排名Best Asia 50 bar嘅Tell Camellia叫了一杯TEAPRESSO MARTINI & Tea’s Knees 個人覺得TEAPRESSO MARTINI味道比較有特色hojicha tea同malted cacao的味道非常濃而且突出😆有點像雪糕的味道但Tea’s Knees 相對普通🥲不是不好喝只是有點像雀巢檸檬茶一樣😂PS星期日9pm的時段不算是太多人🙈但當我們1小時後離開時已經有不少人排隊🙈
