Prawn 好鮮味呀, 但可能我食唔慣生野啦, 覺得Oyster 有o的"聲"味!! 至於個main course 我就食了rack of lamp...煮得剛剛好, 不太生又不太熟, o的汁仲好好味tim 至於dessert 呢, apple pie? (唔記得叫乜名了) o的蘋果唔似煮到出面o個o的咁冧, 幾特別

i haven't heard of this restaurant b4 and i actually was searching for 私房菜which served italian food and located in TST. The result is "Biella Club". It's closed but "the french table" opened at the same location and with the same telephone number. I then gave it a try. therefore not much expectation but the outcome was really good. the tasting menu of 9-course is $428 which is fairly reasonable. the first course oyster and pink french shrimp are v fresh and yummy. what impressed most is the ange

I then gave it a try. therefore not much expectation but the outcome was really good. the tasting menu of 9-course is $428 which is fairly reasonable. the first course oyster and pink french shrimp are v fresh and yummy. what impressed most is the angel hair with 乾魚子which he made it by himself. it's was wonderful and creative. the soup is excellent too. it's carrot with orange juice. again, very creative and tasty. it's free corkage. i highly recommend this restaurant. though guys, dun expect 6-star hotel service cos there's only one 'waiter' there. btw, i have to mentioned that the chef is good looking, sturdy and friendly

On a recent visit, 12 of us were able to sample many dishes from the menu.Both the escargots and PF duck liver have no favors, frog legs were overcooked. There was too much thickening in the Onion Soup. The sauces for rack of lambs, duck legs and Pork were all so similar that we can’t taste much different.The 5 deserts offered were ok, but lack of excitement.I felt that the chef was too busy cooking, so the food were mass-produced, no different that going to a regular restaurant!
