開飯介紹
設有兩層，全店以懷舊工業風為主，主打炸雞，雞件以美國南部獨有的甜茶和白脫牛奶醃製，即叫即炸，每份炸雞均伴上自家釀製的墨西哥辣椒及蘿蔔、比司吉麵包和蜜糖。亦有美國南部當地傳統小食扁豆、惡魔蛋等等，提供32款口味的桶裝啤酒，大部分來自於美國、紐西蘭、澳洲、日本、北歐及香港等地的「新世界啤酒」，新店更找來少爺啤酒一同釀製啤酒Smoky Baby V2，該酒只限於The Roundhouse店內發售。

外賣午餐好抵食，用OpenRice落單，仲可以去到即刻有得拎。我既牛肉burger size 都幾大，麵包鬆軟，用牛油烘過幾香。牛肉都唔算細塊，不柴但也不算juicy,肉汁不多。肉汁較少的好處係唔會令麵包濕晒。雖然我都係鍾意比較多肉汁。哈。。。除咗牛肉入面仲有酸青瓜芝士生菜同埋煙肉。可能因為個包真係好大，相對d 配料就有d 少了。炸薯角放咗成個鐘都仲係脆嘅，唔錯。跟餐仲送一罐汽水。外賣加來講真係性價比極高。我食完呢個餐成個下晝都冇肚餓過仲幾飽，飽到夜晚食飯前都唔餓。

平時都唔特別鍾意食炸雞嘅我因為朋友所以選擇嚟到灣仔嘅呢一間餐廳試試佢嘅美食炸雞 呢度本身都係一個飲手工啤嘅地方，非常之多選擇，完全唔使驚諗唔到飲咩。好過次次都係飲青島或者藍妹啦之後叫咗呢一個炸雞翼，嚟到先知道原來佢係雞全翼！唔單止啖啖肉非常之好食，而且個外皮揸到非常酥脆。佢嘅餐牌上邊就寫話佢起碼炸三次呢一個有啲似家鄉雞嘅拼盤我反而就唔係太覺得好食，略為鹽佢嘅調味唔夠。但係啲薯角非常之好食，然後個波波係一個粟米味好香嘅好似麵包質地嘅墨西哥特點整體來講用呢一個價錢可以食到咁多隻雞翼而且都揸得咁好食我覺得完全係超水準呀
