Prepared with Coconut Oil Fat Wash Plantation 3 stars and melon, this creation is presented in two ways, one as a cocktail and the other as cold soup with melon balls, roasted pineapple and parma ham.

An aged plum wine to pair with a drunken abalone infused with bourbon and Chinese spices.

𝟮𝟬:𝟬𝟬 | 𝗕𝗼 𝗝𝗮𝗶 𝗙𝗮𝗻

Literally tastes like a liquid Chinese cuisine! Gin and Amaro Montenegro are infused with shiitake mushrooms and Chinese sausage. Paired with a rice cracker that represents the rice crust of “Bo Jai Fan”.

Inspired by the iconic dessert Mango Pomelo Sago, the homemade ice-cream is infused with Tequila, Cointreau and mango, pomelo pulps.
