It may sound a bit exaggerated to name it as high-end. 上左呢個網做左好耐的research,終於搵左呢間餐廳做女友的生日食飯地方,訂位的時候同佢地講左女友生日, special offer 左一個甜品~寫上了女友的生日.場地都好靜,適合一pair pair的人仕拍拖同約會~~services 好好,待應們好熱心為我們服務.餸菜方面,,,,叫左個set dinner.頭盤軟芝士加咸火腿同個麵包都好ok~~不過主菜澳洲牛扒同個魚就普普通通~~~甜品方面, 檸檬撻酸酸地都好ok ,~~~而且之前offer左個朱古力軟心蛋糕好好食~~~熱熱的拿出場時待應們一起唱生日歌~~~女友都好開心, 終於都收貨~~整體上,此餐廳散叫會較為抵食~~~服務方面都好好....

Had dinner with my boyfriend @ Via Quadronno weeks ago.I had paid so much effort on this dinner research as I was aimed to look for a restaurant who could do delicious tiramisu. Ended up i came to Via Quadronno..the service was GREAT!the main course was OK, very juicy and tasteful!but the tiramisu was really disappointing...It had added the lemon flvour into the recipe, it could be a new attempt but I had to say: 'it doesn't work at all~it's better to keep it original'

嚴重失眠，整理好文章後，趕上7:45分最後一班960，巴士沿三號幹線，廿多分鐘已抵IFC，不得不佩服香港基建的出色，。預定時間還有三小時，拿起幾份免費報紙，來到「飛豬」打躉，對上一次光雇已是年前的事，外藉店員服務依舊的燙貼，斟茶添水，很難得早餐有如此稱心服務。沒什麼心水，隨便點了「健康早晨套餐」，不要咖啡，要伯爵茶，twiling茶包，味道與家中喝的沒兩樣。炒野菌、炭烤雞、半熟太陽蛋，粟米片、番茄及下了濃縮黑醋雜沙律菜，誠意與份量掛勾。侍應送來多士，免費的，沒深究是否須另加錢，烘得暖和鬆化，下了些牛油炒香野菌，很簡單但味道出奇的好，以菇菌作早餐，還是「老外」的做法比較聰明。雞扒由坑爐烤出，雪雞來的，肌肉纖維沒鮮雞那麼緊緻，醃得夠味又鬆腍，吃不慣「鬼佬」燒雞，但以早餐質素來說，也沒什麼挑剔了。閒坐兩小時有多，翻著報紙，喝了四壺茶，伸個懶腰開工去了。

一個人，在exchange square有會議，完事都近兩點在國金找吃的，一想就想起這兒的pasta，於是就來沒點什麼lunch set，就只要這麼一碟Linguine with Asparagus Pesto，herbs和olive oil的味道好出，是al dente的出品甜品又是散叫一份chocolate mousse，非常silky的mousse，入口有濃郁的朱古力味，相當好最後以一杯熱Cappacino埋尾，又一個perfect afternoon

We go to this restaurant not only for it's fine dining, but also like to go there at times just to indulge in some exceptional dessert (namely - "Traditional Tiramisu"). However, our most recent visit had been a HUGE disappointment!!! The "Traditional Tiramisu" no longer had it's traditional taste! Both the texture and flavour had changed!!! 謝謝朋友, 到這裡試了 holiday special. 其中一個 main course 是八爪魚Risotto. 汁不是 creamy 那種質地, 但是有很香的海鮮味, 八爪魚份量不少, 剛好. 而飯的質地是較硬身的.另外選了 ham pizza, 個 ham 不會太咸, rocket 份量亦剛好. 總括來說, 這裡的食物味道平均. 反而甜品有驚喜, 估那是 panna cotta, 質地似布甸, 伴碟的芒果汁很清新.

每次 weekend 經過此店人很少, 心想少人是否代表不好呢?可能時間尚早, 餐廳內只有我們一檯客, 包場一樣。 二人點了 holiday special, 總共有4 courses:- pumpkin soup & sausage;- risotto with small octopus- pizza with ham- iced mocha & iced cappuccino- dessert整體上, 食物不算特出, 但水準平均。食完後, 大家也很滿足。甜品的味道很合胃口, 不似 mousse, 質感似軟身馬豆糕。環境舒適, 這裡絕對適宜聊天和假期享用午餐, 讓人放慢腳步好好享受。食至中段, 才有數檯客進來。

15/6(日) 1pm湊巧組長的牛一為父親節,原定想好的理想食點不是週日休息就是優惠不適用於特別節日.頓時滿同情於大時大節誕生的朋友!穩當起見,事前訂了五處食點作午膳,最後落腳於IFC的Via Quadronno.週日的IFC,見不到急促的步履,氣氛悠悠的!跟Via Quadronno內的情形有點類近.客路以一家大細及三五知己較多.我倆被安頓於貼靠的二人座.隔壁剛好為一群白領姊妹團,耳朵難免受到污染!店子以一室木餐桌椅及泥色作主調,感覺清簡自然!咱們點了週日Holiday Special $298 for 2:Soup/Salad, pasta/pizza,dessert,coffee/tea.Bread Basket--香軟的香草麵包蘸上醇香的橄欖油及黑醋,樸素的美味!Salad--炭燒雞肉配蕃茄沙沙,雞肉帶點炭香,唯肉質不算嫩,配蕃茄沙沙及火箭菜;不失為一道開胃前菜.Mushroom Soup--此處的蘑菇湯有別於平日吃到的;質地不太creamy,較為light;此外,蘑菇味也不甚突出;還是鍾愛口感豐富那種!Linguine with Asparagus Pesto--扁意粉屬無庸

其實我自己好鍾意食野，所以每次出街食飯前都會參考openrice. 我覺得寫食評既朋友真係好好，每日返工放工已經好忙，仲抽時間寫食評. 我覺得自己唔可以咁自私，我都應該係openrice貢獻番D食評出來....上星期六黑雨果日，到大會堂參加朋友的婚禮‧去到中環發覺仲有時間，所以走到IFC飲杯野，經過Via Quadronno,見到環境唔錯，於是就入左去,就係最近門口張台坐低左...有位侍應好快手地送上Menu,因為我地時間唔係好多，唔可以慢慢嘆，所以想隨便點個Tea set 加多杯咖啡就算，點知道等左10分鐘都無人理我地......等到我個樣都衰晒，門口負責cake 櫃個女侍應見到就拿拿聲叫人來問我地要咩.....最後叫左個Tea Set , 係Blueberry Cheese Cake & 1杯Mocha (價值$78) ,另外叫左杯凍朱古力 ($5x) .個 Blueberry Cheese 賣相好得，用D綠色的甜槳做裝飾，紫色襯上綠色令人覺得賞心悅目....食落都覺得好得bor,個cake既質地又香又濃又滑，cake上面既新鮮藍梅又甜又大粒，真係好好味.....我覺得比起Cova

Jun 13, 2008 (Friday) LUNCH It is a quite nice experience to have lunch here. I was called to confirm the reservation and the lady was really nice and warm. You just feel so welcome. Nice and cosy restaurant and you won't feel too quiet or too noisy but just comfortable enough to have relax chat with friends while waiting. Food is ok. I ordered Roasted Chicken. Honestly, fair! But the provision of olive and vinegar for bread; nice mustard for my little roasted chicken and a cup of tasty

chicken salad: 件雞好tender，好有雞味，正Risotto: sauce唔夠creamy，不過味道夠香濃，比起正宗的意大利飯略"淋"身Tiramusi: 要自我製作的 tiramusi，share食就好煩，件手指餅得半邊蘸咖啡，一邊淋、一邊唔淋，唔食唔到精髓

琴晚同男友慶祝第一個同佢過既生日, 佢自己就諗左响呢度食飯, 因為知我想食 risotto ..食完先發現原來有咁多食評係讚到天上有地下無.....但我真係唔覺得咁得喎..講番食左d咩, starter 要左無花果Parma Ham Salad, 無花果尚算清甜新鮮，Parma Ham OK唔係太咸，但一d salad dressing 都無咁。由於是晚為 Fish Delights, 所以都諗住選一樣做 main course, 經疑似 Manager詳盡介紹下，點左 Salmon Ravioli, 一咬發現非常唔掂，一d Salmon味都無，塊皮又硬, 得碟底少得可憐既 source夾埋一齊食都無味，又唔夠熱, 食第二件時已經凍晒..期待既 risotto亦沒有驚喜，要左sausage, goat cheese, broccoli risotto, 一上枱發現 portion 好少, 但又係唔夠熱..暖暖地..軟硬適中同用料新鮮外, 又唔 creamy 又淡...一個好普通週圍都食到既 risotto..並唔係其他食評激讚到食過番尋味炒雜菌真係油左d..同埋有幾舊苦苦地既desse
