We’ve been to other branches of this same store previously with good experiences, however, the food at this one was unfortunately average at best 😓.We ordered:~ 京都炸醬麵 (HK style dry mixing noodles)~ 南乳豬手撈麵 (Pork knuckle with dry mixing noodles)~ 蛋黃千層糕 (Steamed Egg yolk layered cake).I mean all in all it was disappointing because the noodles lacked any sauce to mix it in with and the meats were a tad bland. The egg yolk cake was probably better than both of the noodles 😅.Not sure if it’s just this branch or whether overall quality has gone down but I’d not be rushing back to try this chain any time soon 😓

咁岩黎到又一城,見到有間正斗就黎試下~入黎坐低叫咗馳名乾炒牛河仲叫左碗粥同炸兩腸粉干炒牛河一碟本身巳經要百幾蚊,堂食仲要加一,即管試下有幾好味 今次純粹記錄下我食過d 咩,所以相又唔算影得好靚,味道係好的,但價錢都好貴抵食就唔會比到太高分了,但環境服務都好。問佢地額外提供的辣椒油都好好味

▫️干炒牛河 干炒牛河份量夠兩個人一齊食,一上台出晒煙咁已經感受到陣鑊氣,啲河粉炒到條條分明,唔會有啲位冧咗痴埋一舊咁,食落都有咬口唔會太冧炒到爛哂咁😆牛肉大大舊,肉質軟腍嫩滑,一啲都唔嚡口, 醃得入味。河粉嘅啲醬油炒都好色澤均勻,調味都恰好,加埋少少自家製辣椒醬吊吊味,又辣又惹味🔥▫️巧製南乳豬手麵細細碗有兩大舊南乳豬手,炆得好軟諗入味,食到南乳嘅香味。豬手嘅肥瘦比例啱啱好,都有好多肉、皮同膠質可以食👍🏻個麵質地偏硬好咬口,唯獨係個份量偏細,食完一碗都唔夠飽😂▫️幼滑蝦米腸粉腸粉份量相比出面平時飲茶大份,腸粉都好嫩滑,特別多蔥粒,食落香口啲。

本人都幫襯咗好多年,絕大部份時間都係去圓方,又一城分店始終不及圓方,但係今日嘅經歷令到我要同佢絕交,圓方都唔會再去!芋角:凍嘅!應該擺咗好耐。擺到外殼硬咗都可以比客。羅漢齋春卷:應該叫”齋”春卷,是但搵間屋村酒樓都好過佢!皮佔咗九成,差不多係冇餡。燒賣:只有肥豬肉粉果:街邊檔好食啲!雞包仔:不值一提!牛腩麵最離譜:見圖似係一碗牛筋麵,唔小心俾咗舊牛腩你。叫侍應跟進,仲要同我坳,話呢度係做牛筋腩嘅,所以有牛筋係正常!大家可以睇圖,自己諗啦!最後佢補返三舊牛腩俾我。做咗幾十年人,鬼唔知有牛筋咩,依家問題係冇牛腩呀嘛!以上種種,如果喺平價食店本人絕對覺得冇問題,但係正斗香港中國泰國10幾間分店,價錢都叫做中上,用啲咁差嘅材料,咁差嘅廚師,同客駁嘴嘅樓面,都唔選擇做好食物,攞晒啲錢去交租,欺騙咗食客嘅金錢時間同肚子,倒不如執緊幾間,集中火力,留返啲好嘅員工,好嘅廚師,正正經經做好佢好過啦。唔好再喺度行騙!四個字,不知所謂!
