I just simply asked to put salad dressing aside. The waiters (yes, two! The first one is young and apparently lacks training. The second one seems senior yet, I am sorry, is at the same professional level) coldly turned it down, without proper explanation but only shaking head and saying “no”. Then I asked calmly to only put half amount of dressing in my salad - no again. The look on his face was arrogant and ignorant. It had become very impolite and unprofessional. I don’t know why this restaurant hires people like this.

喺東涌返工好多時都會食lunch, 又或者放工後一班同事happy hour晚飯直落，食物質素好我特別鍾情佢哋個steak, 加上唔限時唔加一我哋成班同事都變咗常客早幾日又去happy hour 加晚飯坐低睇緊menu 個waiter先走嚟講要90分鐘交枱，同佢講明飲酒加食晚飯90分鐘係無乜可能，waiter再強調只可以90分鐘....上菜一直都唔算快，叫steak起碼等30分鐘，價錢唔係平只可以食90分鐘? 成個東涌平日都係比較靜，好多時經過呢間餐廳都係7點比較多人但都唔係滿，咁嘅情況下仍然堅持限時90分鐘我哋只有轉場！

食物份量和質量都不錯。沒有服務費。brunch不包飲品。服務員明顯未經訓練。10:30全餐廳只有我和朋友一臺枱客，舉手叫看不見，忙着和水吧傾談。要拿着杯行到中間的位置，服務員才看見知道斟熱水。地點方便，冷氣欠奉、不知從哪裏聞到的煙味。朋友也說有，不是我錯覺。匙羹骯髒要更換。門口廣告$90的推廣，入去問及才告知已過期。用OpenRice結帳她說不知道，問高層說要主餐牌應用。但一進門問過只有一個餐牌［沒有其他餐牌］自相矛盾。

Oolaa is still king and the Tung Chung restaurant seems to consistently deliver top grubs. I ordered a beef burger, the mince beef is very juicy with the melted cheese that taste good. And there are some mushroom which added some more flavor to the burger. The fries is in thick style, i think they could be more crispy, but sadly they taste a bit dry to me. On our last visit the staff mixed up our dessert order, when we flagged it to them they quickly apologised and let us keep the additional dessert for free. Customer service on point!

實話實話，今次食嘅牛扒煎得岩岩好，鎖住嗮肉汁，咬落去彈牙得嚟又唔乾，真係好満足！個配菜嘅羽衣甘藍脆口得嚟又新鮮，同埋隔籬個薯蓉，啖啖細滑，入口即化，睇得我眼都企喒。呢一杯湯，味到正宗嘅雜菜味道，個湯底香濃得嚟仲有啲微微嘅胡椒辣，撈埋塊熱氣騰騰嘅法包，一啖一啖咁，冇幾下就清晒碗！至於個雞扒煙肉漢堡包，主角雞扒烤得full晒噴香，但個煙肉就有啲得夾，叫人有啲掛住。跟住嘅薯條都唔錯，金黃脆口，不過如果煙肉再熱啲，漢堡包就完美了！最後，個咖啡正到不得了👍🏼，啱啱好嘅甜度，伴把酥脆嘅曲奇，完美收尾！
