不嬲都中意吃譚仔多過3哥譚仔,因為覺得味道好味d,個辣味香d,小食又多選擇d,拒個蒜泥白肉基本上係必點嫁,d蒜蓉真係超正丫,同埋荃灣呢間d譚仔姐姐好似比較nice😂不過間間譚仔味道都好似有小小唔一樣,我中意荃灣呢間😍

不知不覺回歸咗21年。社會有無進步? 唔多覺。有無和諧到? 我淨覺得去食米線時,有種和諧的感覺。因為喺呢到,國內人、本地人,甚至賓賓都有,大家都係一心一意嚟食米線,絕無爭拗。今日,我哋每人一碗米線,加多杯熱奶茶,一齊 share,幾鬼溫馨。佢食,雞肉、豆卜,少米線,番茄湯底。驟眼睇,啲雞肉碎濕濕,唔容易搵到佢出嚟食。反而,豆卜就大大舊。我食,墨丸、炸魚片頭米線,麻辣5小辣。雖然是5小辣,但係條脷都有晒反應,有少少發麻,但又幾過癮。炸魚片頭,好爽口。墨丸就好彈牙,充滿墨魚味。米線當然係滑滑溜溜啦。八十一蚊,午餐都算係咁啦。

I really don't understand what the hype is all about. I constantly see lines outside different branches and my friends have told me that people wait up to 2 hours to eat there. So anyways, after a hike, my friend and I went there to give it a go. And I have never been more disappointed in Yunnan noodles than at Tam Chai. The soup was tasteless, noodles too soft, the toppings small and bland and it was expensive. There's seriously nothing that would bring me back, especially when there's so many better Yunnan noodle restaurants around. It was so uninspiring that I couldn't even be bothered to take a photo.

今日去開荃灣路德圍那邊,一早就知這地方多食店,多選擇,但我今日好想食米線,結果選擇了譚仔雲南米線,以為佢多分店,一定都有保證。可惜今日令我完全改觀,一個字形容,就係差。首先個米線湯底機乎好似無味咁,清到不得了。我叫咗兩款餸,分別係韭菜和豬潤。韭菜份量尚算多,但豬潤只有兩小塊,好似無叫到依款餸咁。好失望,還無端端多咗一塊腐竹。好奇怪。米線唔好味,好難食。至於飲品,奶茶味一般。而且枱面任何東西都無,包括牙籤,餐巾,辣醬等。最好笑就係個洗手間,絕對用細來形容。絕對唔會再光顧多一次了。

上星期,外遊了八天,結果有兩個,一是大出血,二是好掛住香港的米線。所以一返到香港,急不及待,速速走去食番碗米線。食米線,其中一個選擇我會選這個品牌,因為好食、抵食。況且,近年的分店裝修都好了很多,坐得比以前舒服。就好似這間荃灣分店咁,有梳化椅坐,見到前面一檯啲小朋友食得幾咁enjoy。今次我哋叫咗【豆卜、酸菜、魚蛋,少米線,蕃茄湯底 $41】和【豆卜、魚蛋、牛丸,米線,清湯底 $40】。【豆卜、酸菜、魚蛋,少米線,蕃茄湯底】大大碗唔在講,蕃茄湯底好濃蕃茄味,好健康。酸菜是這裡必食的餸之一,它不是真的很酸,反而有些甜味,好好食的。豆卜吸收咗蕃茄湯,味道唔使多講,梗係超正啦!【豆卜、魚蛋、牛丸,米線,清湯底】又係大大碗,湯底好雪白,鮮甜。好鍾意佢有好多芽菜和枸菜。米線又軟又滑。魚蛋很彈牙,又是另一必食之選。豆卜吸收咗清湯,食落味道絕不遜於蕃茄湯。牛丸係唔係手打我唔知,我只知好食彈牙,就足夠。這間連鎖店的米線一直都保持水準,食過幾家分店的味道都是一樣,抵讚!
