I arrived at the hotel a bit too early as the restaurant I booked Jade(which is in another review) was not opened yet. Since I had an hour to spare, I decided to find a place to have a drink at this hotel. I saw the menu and saw that they offered complimentary fries with buy-1-get-1 free offer.First I admit it was my fault that I didn't remind them the complimentary fries and thought they would be served automatically as stated in the menu. I found it a bit strange when I got my second drink yet the fries were not available and I asked the server and then they realised they forgot about it. Also after the first drink despite I immediately informed them they can prepare the second drink, it took quite a long time before the second drink was prepared(almost 25minutes). Yet, there was only around 5 customers. However, they were extremely apologetic about it and stated they were a bit understaffed that day. I was also surprised by the amount of fries despite it was free. They were also sizzling hot a they were freshly prepared. Also for the discount, they really only counted the service fee (10%) of 1 drink only and didn't count another 10% for the complimentary drink/fries. Therefore, for a total of around $100, to have 2 cocktails and 1 bowl of large fries at a hotel is quite a bargain.For the drinks, Vivace Margarita was a bit too salty for my taste even if I avoided the side with salt.Not Your Ordinary Girl was definitely much better with a much fruity taste yet still packing a punch. Don't be fooled by its great taste and drink it too fast.

我們宅渡假的晚餐就在麗豪航天城酒店內進行,餐廳的裝潢服務及出品也給予我們高質享受很讚喔。餐廳Vivace位處酒店3樓甫踏進已經感受到那股熱情奔放!內裏擁有通透的落地玻璃面向酒店泳池相信夏天會更養眼。店內裝潢更是色彩斑斕風情萬種好吸睛,隔著廚房玻璃還可以看到廚師烹調過程眼睛先來享受。我們這夜來品嚐聖誕地中海風味晚餐!率先得到Amuse Bouche馬斯卡彭芝士煙三文魚薄片!香滑的Mascarpone Cheese嚐起來有新鮮乳香口感卻特別絲滑清爽,配上油潤的煙三文魚弄成Canapé份外可口。Appetizer我選上了雪蟹沙拉配橙及牛油果!滿滿的雪蟹肉份量很足而且非常鮮味,混上香滑牛油果、酸甜番茄和香橙味道非常豐富,吃著清爽無負擔我非常喜歡啊。邪惡的車爸爸當然選鴨肝醬配奶油蛋卷麵包和焦糖紅洋蔥!那件奶油蛋捲麵包口感鬆軟味道香甜,配襯甘香的鴨肝醬和甜美焦糖紅洋蔥味道實在太了不起。是日湯品我們得到法式龍蝦湯!充滿地中海風情的碗碟絕對令這湯生色不少,席前傾進湯碟內除了可以瘋狂打卡之外最重要是龍蝦湯可以熱騰騰地享用。湯頭甘香濃郁內裏還有三件鮮爽的龍蝦肉,鹹度適中但如果可以再多一點酒香就更合我心意。Main Course我選上香煎茴香箭魚配車厘茄和石榴沙律小薯仔!厚厚的劍魚扒看上去極像雞胸,煎得夠香的魚扒口感紮實魚味不錯,但我更喜歡墊底的茴香加上車厘茄及石榴口味非常清新。車爸爸就品嚐餐廳招牌的Day-aged牛肉!乾式熟成牛脊里肉扒配小薯雜菜,Sirloin Steak色澤粉嫩聽聞肉味挺香濃質感亦佳,見到有人吃得津津有味非常滿意呢。最後甜品是經典的法式蒙布朗栗子蛋糕!香滑奶油搭配粉糯的栗子絕對是甜美迷人之物。最後還有咖啡或茶!小朋友口味的爸爸選了熱朱古力,香滑奶泡下是不過甜的熱朱古力,這天剛巧氣溫下降喝罷全身也溫暖起來。不喝甜的我就選了伯爵茶!吃一口Mont Blanc再呷啖濃郁香茶快樂就是這麽簡單。首次來Vivace品嚐美食感覺非常不錯,加上熱情到位的服務更分不少,這麼近便可以隨時再來用餐。

I've been coming by every few weeks as I'm quite fond of the quality of food and service.we started off with a few starters. The calamares, greek salad, French fries, and boulabaise soup. The calamares were a delight to my tastebuds. the Greek salad and soup were also okay 👍 moreover, the dryage steak I had had an amazing taste to it, nourishment for the soul. Tender and not too dry. next, we had a vivace pizza. also a banger. I'm a fan of truffles, especially since it pairs well with the goat cheese. all topped on top a freshly baked pizza over. left me speechless as it was scrumptious. furthermore, beef tartar was something I hadn't tried previously. i didn't expect that it would be raw, but I should've read the fine print, haha. although, I'd still categorize it as a positive experience. the dessert also had an amazing presentation. I will be back to try more.thank uou so much for the great food and kind hospitality.

今天我生日就和太太一齊過來麗豪航天城酒店Vivace共進晚餐,餐廳環境好優雅,地方清潔,Vivace不單止係西餐廳,仲有酒吧供應不同嘅紅酒、白酒、Cocktail⋯⋯等,還有我坐在對住泳池嘅餐桌用餐,感覺非常舒服和寫意,睇吓個餐牌原來個餐牌係地中海美食,經理介紹咗餐牌之後建議菜單午餐中的扁麵條鮭魚奶油同火腿薄餅,好啦就試吓啦,上菜都好快,第一道菜扁麵條鮭魚奶油,因為用奶油煮嘅扁麵條十分香滑,鮭魚又十分新鮮😋,真係好好食好有驚喜,第二道菜用火腿你做pizza,味道都非常之好,下次一定會再來👍

上次喺呢間酒店嘅大堂餐廳,食過半自助午餐,覺得幾好,今次係佢3樓,試另一間餐廳,同樣係半自助餐廳,一出𨋢已經發覺餐廳個設計好特別。雖然位置偏遠,但係中午時段餐廳內幾乎坐了七成客人,餐廳落地玻璃旁邊原來係酒店泳池,還有一個戶外花園,如果夏天同一家大細喺呢度住,仲可以一邊游水一邊食嘢,比啲細路放吓電,都係一個唔錯嘅選擇。講返食物,我同另外一位朋友嗌咗一份西冷及火雞肉丸share食,都不過不失。但前菜係焦點所在,可能比較少食地中海菜,感覺好有新鮮感同特色。食到一半,隔籬枱嚟咗兩位年輕男女,邊食邊介紹餐廳,相信係KOL,聽佢哋嘅介紹先知,原來呢間餐廳攞過設計大獎。
