我第一次食生記是上環店唔食魚粥的我竟然愛上咗。今日有少少秋意有機會去食碗粥。叫左碗袖珍粥🧡牛肉粉腸粥其實生記最出名係魚腩粥,不過魚腩粥無細碗,午餐真係食唔晒。🧡牛肉量好多好滑😂🧡粉腸又軟又多粉🧡🧡粥底好甜,肉味好夠🧡🧡最重要❗️係佢會跟一碗薑蔥豉油夾住d餸食更好食😋🧡最後記得要帶現金💴我唔記得帶要過一條馬路7仔攞錢😂

由於生記係我公司附近,我同同事不時都會去食。要搵一間粥鋪唔難,但要一間好味既粥鋪就唔係咁容易。 傳統老鋪都唔一定代表好食,但生記一定算係港島區好味既粥鋪,我地先會食完一次又一次。我每次去都會叫豬肉丸粥。豬肉丸粥,唔係間間粥鋪都有得賣,而每一間既豬肉丸味道同質感都可以有d唔同。生記既豬肉丸口感偏淋身(應該混雜左部分肥豬肉),味道就做到恰到好處,還會配上一碗薑絲豉油在旁,可隨意自行曾添味道。粥底係綿滑既,每碗送上枱面時都係熱辣辣,如冬天去,會倍添溫暖。(但小心過熱辣咀)一碗大豬肉丸粥 HKD48, 其實都算係良心價。同事會叫豬潤粥,牛腩麵,亦都同聲讚好👍🏾👍🏾

Went here with my family for lunch since I had a stomach ache. .I ordered Small Congee with Assorted Pork Offals which comprised of liver, kidney, intestine and meatballs. Hotly-served, the ingredients were especially savoury when you dipped them with their specially-made sauce. The offals were fresh and didn't stink at all. We shared the Fried Dough Stick. It turned cold when it was served and was quite dry and chewy. Appreciated if it could be crispier. .The dishes were actually quite expensive given that a bowl of small congee already costed HKD37.

今日嘅大熱天俾我喺鰂魚涌搵到寶——一間正宗港式粥鋪🥣 買宵夜時經過呢家小店,見到佢哋嘅光明牌匾同熱鬧嘅氣氛,就忍唔住要入去嘗吓。店內老少咸宜,一食客人滿滿咁,餓到肚子咕嚕嚕叫,我迫唔及待點咗份皮蛋瘦肉粥。呀!粥滑到冇朋友!😋 粒粒皮蛋有咬口,瘦肉幼腍得黎保持咗肉香。同啲爽口青菜一齊食,清新得嚟開胃。老闆仲會送你碟醬料,我喺粥面頭嗌咗啲薑絲下去,嗯,熱辣辣嘅辛香食落真係正!一個人坐喺昏黃嘅燈光下,蕭嘅風涼住背脊,啖啖都食得出傳統港式嘅家鄉味。而啲粥種類多到你會眼花缭亂,老闆仲不時會推介啲新款口味,講起嚟可以繼續食落去都唔怕膩!食飽之後,店員還用紙巾幫我擦擦嘴角嘅粥水,賓至如歸嘅嗌,真係食得窩心又暖笠笠。沒錯,今晚,呢碗粥就係我心頭好。諗起哋齊齊哋唔同滋味,下次返嚟,定必要食遍晒每款!👍

唔係太肚餓,諗起不如食粥,本身想去九龍城可惜已經閂咗門,唔知點解提起呢間,之前響油麻地食過最出名係魚腩粥。食完之後確定以後都係去返一啲傳統有炸兩炒麵油器地方食粥啱口味啲。粥係正常嘅,不過魚腩都仲係好多骨,對於我哋呢啲唔係超級好食魚嘅人,都係食皮蛋魚片粥會好啲另外叫咗個牛腩牛筋麵都係一般般啦,雖然佢賣相唔多好,不過牛腩都夠林同入味!最差最差係條油炸鬼,好似擺咗好耐咁硬到一個點,就算浸咗粥都係好硬。勁失望囉
