用上清酒、白酒、蒜頭、辣椒、欖欖油製成既意粉帶酒既香味同酸味 仲有少少辣味非常香口😋 不過略嫌有啲太油😕 北海道帶子表面煎得夠香脆 肉質唔錯而且非常鮮甜🤤
Using sake🍶, white wine🍾, garlic🧄, olive oil🫒, chili🌶, it gave a acidic, spicy and savory taste🍝 while it’s quite oily🫣 Hokkaido XL size scallop was cooked just right, it’s a little crispy outside and fresh inside🥰
