So excited because the Apita on the ground floor of Taikoo Shing finally opens! Took a stroll there and saw two new eateries, one of which is this < Sensu > serving Japanese-Western food. The other one is a yakitori shop which I would defo like to try some day.
The restaurant is quite spacious and decorated with colorful flowers. Food was nice and visually appealing. All in all a satisfying meal!
-Recently I’ve been watching all kinds of videos about making omurice so I just had to order an omurice here! It is not the kind of omelette that a creamy scramble will fall open when cut, but I still liked the eggy flavor. Another dish that we had was a [ Carbonara with black truffle ]. Waiter would come and slice black truffle onto the pasta. So pleasing to watch! Last but not least we had a dessert which was a “planet” chocolate bomb. Bet everyone would find it fun to smash that open!

太古城地下的APITA終於要開幕了
一走進去，就聞到令人感到舒服的香味
裡面擺放著很多和式簡約風精品，好想把它們一一買回家收藏！

這裡也有兩間新開業的餐廳，包括這次到訪的《SENSU》還有主打串燒的《幸福鳥》
SENSU主打日系輕食，食物、飲品同樣高水準，而且還賣相一流，十分適合打卡
餐廳以綠野、森林作主題，環境蠻舒適悠閒，令人放鬆，可以慢慢享受美食
-脆脆吉列豬扒芝士歐姆蛋包飯 ($148)
Crispy pork cutlet, cheese sauce, omelette rice
SENSU主打旋風蛋飯，但適逢太古店新開張，他們正提供期間限定的〔歐姆蛋包飯〕！把蛋切開，可以看見細嫩的日本滑蛋包裹著炒飯
蛋層蠻厚，所以每一口都飄出陣陣蛋香味
配上厚切的酥脆吉列豬扒，肉質蠻嫩灑上海苔粉，帶濃濃的海苔香氣，提升味道層次
另外還伴有芝士醬，可以自由隨意添加

上桌後，店員會在客人面前刨上黑松露。滿滿的視覺與嗅覺享受！
扁意粉跟pancetta、雜菌、卡邦尼醬汁一起烹調，每一條麵條都掛滿濃濃的醬汁中間放上了日本溫泉蛋，拌勻後，質感更creamy
意粉味道充滿煙肉香味還有淡淡的黑松露香氣，層次十足！

蔚藍星球 Sensu blue planet ($98)
賣相一百分，又可以滿足發洩慾望的甜點！💯
星球外殼以白巧克力製成，用錘子把它敲碎後，可以看見內裡蘊藏的內容有yogurt、草莓、藍莓、黑糖寒天、抹茶脆脆，顏色繽紛，味道也很豐富
星球外殼不算太甜；碟上也放上了餅碎還有藍色的蛋白餅
整盤都可以吃光光🥰

靛 Indigo ($68)
又是賣相滿分的餐點！水果汁由梨汁、椰子水組成，裡面還加入了西瓜、檸檬果凍、茶味果凍、青檸等，味道、口感層次都非常豐富！
喝下去，感覺西瓜味比較突出；果凍也增添不少QQ口感
杯子超大（應該算是一瓶了吧🤣），超級滿足
