今日同client & 同事到Fusion 5th Floor 食lunch. My treat.踏入五樓廚房, 佢優雅yet sunny 嘅 dining space, 令我以為自己係Weekend High Tea 緊. 但當我嘅 視線同已經坐左係度等緊我嘅 client & 我同事嘅 視線交叠時, 只好即時返番嚟 ...We ordered set lunch x3. 我揀Mixed Fruit Salad + Grilled Smoked US Prime Rib Eye: Comments 同下面嗰 位gourmet 一樣, 唔repeat. 但值得一提, Salad 的確fresh & 清甜, 仲有粒粒榛子碎. 很好. 很好. Smoked Rib Eye 真的好燻香& tasty. 但份量少, 只有3x (約3cmH x 4cmW x 0.75cmD) ^u^ Client & 同事分別揀Vege Soup + Sobu Noodle with Grilled Seafood & Vege Soup + Risotto with Clams:佢地都話好味. 我諗都真係好

佢地都話好味. 我諗都真係好好味, 因為佢地clear 哂D 湯同埋Risotto & Pasta. 尤其是碟Risotto, (多數會食剩嘛, 因為溜) 可以clear dish 應該好唔錯.
甜品叫左Warm Chocolate Ganache & Cheesecake:
前者果真外鬆化, 內香濃; 後者都delicious, 但係似加左餅乾碎嘅 Cheesecake Ice-cream 多D.
Tea or Coffee? 我揀Coffee --- 同麥記嘅 出品差唔幾.
P.S. 坐落無幾耐, 我要左杯熱水, sip 左一啖, 放低隻杯, 先發現杯內水平線下, 竟然有D 應該係上一手留下嘅 咖啡/奶茶漬...但...我已經飲左一啖囉...OMG!!!
