We were just in the neighborhood and ended up there since every other restaurant in the area was full and this place was actually fantastic the last time we went. We were seated immediately on the ground floor and were looking forward to a proper dinner. The service was friendly but was quite inadequate. For example, they poured sparkling water into still water and vice versa without ever asking. It's a normally just a small gaff but they ruined the water that they charged $70 per bottle for!The

The real problem was when the main dishses arrived and we all wondered whether they were appetizers for some other table! The portions were just ludicrously small. Two of us ordered the gnocchi and you could literally count how many were on the plate just by a quick glance. We asked the servers to explain what's going on and they took the dishes back and added another 10 little pieces or so on but compared to any other normal restaurant, it was still pitiful. Besides the portions, the food was just really mediocre. So it doesn't give any compensation either.
Would really avoid this overpriced, under-served place! What a shame it used to be quite decent and helped change the food landscape in the area...
