My brother came into town to visit me~ So I brought him to the best value French restaurant for a nice dinner~ I have been to this restaurant for numerous times. For our dinner we ordered:- Pan seared foie gras ~ crispy skin with soft and melting center. Nicely paired with the sauce and some light green- Char-grilled steak ~ well control with the temperature. The char grill flavour enhanced the taste of the beef. Also, the cut and quality of the beef are very nice too~ But I forgot if this is Au

- rack of lamb ~ the best is to order medium for rack of lamb. Again, the chef done an exceptional job to prepare the lamb as medium but still hot when it is serve to our table.
- ginger souffle ~ order this dessert early and they will time it perfectly to make sure it is ready when u finished the meal~ It was strong in fresh ginger flavour but not too spicy. It was not too sweet too~ the souffle was nicely done.
The quality here are always exceptional. The picture speaks for the each dish.
Also, the free corkage is always a plus.
Our nice meal end with a nice coffee too~ The coffee actually surprise me~ Nice bean with a great layer of oil on the top of the black coffee. Another nicely done~
