我們在 Openrice 訂枱，我欣賞他們在餐巾紙上加了老公的名字。這真的挺有心思。晚餐有三個 SET 選擇。我們選擇了最便宜的，因為我沒有太多時間吃晚飯，但絕對是足夠的食物。首先是新鮮的魚生作頭盤，然後是超滑的蒸蛋。套餐包括蝦、鱈魚、鮑魚、鵝肝、和牛和炒飯。老實說，這幾乎是太多的食物。聽說其他 SET 有更多食物，我覺得選這些 SET 而不浪費食物應該比較困難。除了鱈魚搭配乳酪+韭菜（？）醬（魚煎得很好 —— 只是醬汁的選擇有點奇怪），其餘的食物都很棒。服務友善低調，很合我心。服務員推薦了一個比較辛口的清酒，與食物搭配得很好。鐵板燒廚師經驗豐富，健談 —— 這在鐵板燒餐方面總是一個加分項。總而言之，我們應該會再來試下他們別的 SET。我打算下次帶孩子。We booked at Openrice, and I loved how they personalised the napkin with hubby's name. There were three set menus for dinner. We went for the cheapest one as I didn't have much time for dinner, but it was definitely enough food.
The set started off with fresh sashimi, followed by lovely steamed egg that was smooth as silk. The set included prawns, cod fish, abalone, foie gras, wagyu and fried rice. To be honest, it was almost too much food. The other sets have even more food, so I think it would be a struggle to finish. Apart from the cod fish that went with a slightly odd choice of cheese + leek (?) sauce (the fish was perfectly pan-fried - it's just that the choice of sauce was odd), the rest of the food was excellent.
Service was friendly and unintrusive. The waiter suggested a lovely sake which was not too sweet, and which went really well with the food. The teppanyaki chef was experienced and chatty - which is always a plus when it comes to teppanyaki meals.
All in all, happy to come again. I plan to bring kids next time.
