I love eating and exploring different places. I recently discovered a hidden "GEM" in Soho – a small Japanese restaurant with amazing food. I tried a variety of fresh sashimi, including premium-grade "Uni" for the first time. The chef recommended the chicken wing skewer, which was not a normal-sized chicken wing. It was imported from Japan, from a rare type of chicken that you might not easily find in Hong Kong. It only cost $46, though I think they should charge more. Once I finished the whole piece, the bones remained intact, like an art piece without any meat. Amazing!
After the first couple of dishes, we kept ordering more, and we loved all of them. I highly recommend this place. I think this place is perfect for a date or catching up with friends. When the restaurant is crowded, it's a bit noisy, but that's exactly what a lively restaurant should be.
